I ordered the phone in ‘Excellent’ condition and that is exactly what I got. No scratches, 100% battery health and working perfectly. This was my first time ordering a refurbished phone and BackMarket did not disappoint. Definitely won’t be my last time.

Works fine! A couple of defects on the back and screen, but you get what you pay for. I put a case on it and I can't really see any of them. I noticed the temperature sensor does not work accurately, but that's most likely an issue with the phone itself rather than the refurbishing. I would definitely order from the seller again Additional thing, the seller sent a type-c type a USB rather than a type-c to type-c. A little bit of a hassle, just because I had to fish one out to transfer the data from my old phone but other than that I have no complaints about accessories

I love this site! No need to spend a fortune on new phones when you can get refurbished for half the price! And you can sell your old phone back to them!

Like new. So far so good. I will update this review if I encounter any problem with the phone that ad nothing to do with me. Till then this phone is an excellent phone and I fo recommend.It came with no scratches

Have been using this phone for about a month and I love it. Good price and in a like new condition. Battery health is 100% and last me the entire day and also charges to 80% in no time. Haven't encountered anything bad as of right now but after a year of usage I'm sure my answer could be different. Satisfied with my purchase, you get what you paid for.

I ordered a Fair quality but it came in rather prestine condition. Very minor scratches that you can barely see and the phone works perfectly! This was my first order from Back Market and I would absolutely come back again.

I ordered the excellent condition model. It arrived quickly and I honestly couldn't tell it wasn't new (other than it not coming in the original manufacturer packaging). I came from a Note 20 Ultra and am very happy with my purchase.

I have been purchasing cell phones from Back Market for several years and this is the first time that I received a phone with scratches on the screen. The phone works beautifully and I can't see the scratches when the phone is on, so 3.5 stars.

So I'm going to keep it as this until it hopefully gets resolved I ordered an s24+ in good condition yet received something that looks like the top of the screen was hit with sandpaper. For the record Good states that the body will have some dents or dings which is to be expected and that the screen would be in perfect condition. This was not the case at all I mean when the screen is off you see the scratches bad and when it's on you can still see them! I can't even put dark mode on the phone because I see the scratches. I'm leaving this review just for well reference that this did happen and if it gets fixed and I receive a phone that is good quality or I receive a refund of at least 200 because I could take that refund and go pay and have the screen replaced by an authorized Samsung fixer. I will definitely update this review when either of these two are handled.
