I ordered the Back Market iPhone 12 (64GB - Green, Locked to AT&T) for my 9-year-old, and while the phone itself works fine, I was disappointed with the condition upon arrival. The phone arrived a day later than expected, which wasn’t a huge issue, but the real concern was how dirty it was. I understand this is a refurbished device, but I expected it to be properly cleaned before resale—especially after upgrading to the "Excellent" condition tier. Before even taking it out of the plastic bag, I could see visible dirt and crust on the device, which was appalling given the current focus on hygiene. For a company that sells pre-owned devices, basic cleanliness should be a priority. I would have rated higher if the phone had arrived as expected and in a sanitary condition. If you order from Back Market, be prepared to clean your device yourself before use.

First time purchase from this company, I was recommended from my sister who bought an iPad from here and it was in perfect condition couldn’t tell it was refurbished at all. I chose the “good” option and the iPhone is amazing, no scratches or cracks, and the battery life is even at 100%. Although with my device I received there is one downside. The back camera just uncontrollably shakes and I’m not able to take a clear focused picture at all unless I put a magnet on my screen lol… So I would think my device camera should Work even tho I didn’t choose the best Option quality to pay for. Other than that it’s perfect and the front camera works just fine no problems. But for anyone purchasing I would Suggest going with the Excellent option.

My experience with Back Market has been pretty good. They delivered my products in a timely manor with minimal issues. The only thing that bothered me was that I ordred a phone & case together & they were delivered on different days. A little annoying but not a major issue. The phone itself looked great. Unfotunately, it seems to have an issue getting loud enough in the non-speaker mode. Even in settings it's not possible to increase the volumn to an acceptable range w/o going to speaker. Note I must make is the phone is a refurbished phone. Soooo??? The only accessory, was the case which I really like. However, I made the mistake of assuming it came with a screen shield & it did not. Personally, I think this is shortsided on the production side. If your buying a "protective case" wouldn't there be something to protect the screen??? To be fair, it was short sided on me because nowhere in the product description did it show there was a screen protecter. All in all, the XR is a great phone for the money & Back Market did a good job providing it.

Honestly, I was pretty scared of getting scammed by the company that sent my phone, but so far, it's been great! the battery is at 100 and it did say something about the camera not working but once I restarted it twice like it told me to it worked! I would honestly by again from this website again. I got the iPhone 12 and like I said it's been working really great so far! I'm more than just happy but I chose the flawless screen and decent body, so it's got two noticeable dent and chip but other than that...it's perfect!!!! I would buy again 100% If I can update this review I will (if people ask about it after a week, month, or so) So far it's jus perfect!!!

I got my new refurbished Samsung and it's been working wonderfully! I'm so happy I chose this phone! It saved me money as a widow on Social Security Survivors benefits. So glad my Son pointed me to Back Market!

Amazing phone! I was honestly a little hesitant to get a refurbished phone, but after receiving the phone, it has been working amazingly ever since.

got it for bf and it was in excellent condition which is the condition grade I chose. It was cheaper than fair or good condition options. Chose back market because 1) 85 percent battery capacity is higher than other places requirement of 80 percent for their refurbished models 2) 1 year warranty for free. eBay also offers 1 year warranty on some of their refurbished electronics but they only require 80 percent battery capacity. thanks back market ppl

Was a bit apprehensive buying a refurbished phone off the internet, but so far it’s been great! Received within 3 days, working as expected , no issues, great price. Very pleased with this purchase.

Couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Good price for a really nice phone. Works really well speaker was loud and people can actually hear me better now. Definitely would recommend making the purchase if you’re in the market.
