My college uses google programs for assignment submissions. When my outdated MacBook began to die quickly off charger and overheat, I knew I needed something to get me through the last semester of school that didn’t break the bank. I was pleasantly surprised at how much I loved this Acer chrome book. Had I known how nice it would be, I would have switched much sooner. Nothing but good things to say about this device. It has been perfect for what I need. Fast, reliable, and convenient.

I'm IN LOVE with my new (refurbished oh-so-excellently) Acer Chromebook. Arrived before expected delivery in safely-swaddled condition, and set-up could have been managed by a kitten. The easypeasybreezy process of online shopping with BackMarket, plus their Know-It-All (in a way-good way) specialists, and, most importantly, their Responsible Earthling business plan has made me a devotee for life. Great for audio recording, computer was in amazing shape, shipping could have been quicker and my son loves the bubble wrap box it came in. Great experience with Back Market and would order from them again without hesitation.

Came well packaged. Unit was refurbished so I was a bit anxious. Chrome book is in excellent shape, appears brand new. Started up no problem and is operating splendidly. No concerns and much pleased!

The mouse's click-and-drag function isn't working, but I'm currently researching a fix for that issue. Otherwise, the Chromebook is perfect, and for the low price, I love it! I'm also glad I didn't buy new contributing to the waste stream, especially given their short lifespan! I'm so happy I found Back Market!!!

It was delivered on time. It was graded as excellent, but it looked FACTORY NEW. I could not see any wear even with a magnifying glass ( honest ). The 15 inch screen is perfect, and the larger keypad with number pad is nice too. I use the Chromebook as a backup for work. Very happy so far , would recommend to a friend

I got it at my door unscathed, brought it in, charged it up, and it works perfectly. It has this small bubbles at the bottom of the screen, but that doesn't affect it's performance in any way, shape, or form.

Back Market provided it's usual high level of service. It gave me a promised delivery date and the product was then delivered 3 days early! The item itself is "clunky" but I had a very specific use in mind and it performs admirably for that. It needed to be a tablet that I could use for a one off app, and it does that. Compared to the more recent versions it is slow, but so far it is dependable and while if I could have one thing I would like it to be a bit faster but for the price it does what I need it to do.

I was skeptical at first buying refurbished off the internet. But, this was truly a flawless purchase and my new laptop works great! An i5 intel with 8 gigs of ram for 150? Can’t beat it. And it’s touch screen! Thanks guys! I’ll be buying here in the future for sure. I’m never buying brand new again!
