My first purchase from Back Market and won't be the last! As soon as it arrived (about 3 days), I opened to find my phone neatly placed inside and great packing material. I was overall impressed with the quality of the device and has not given me any issues whatsoever. I will be looking forward to my next purchase! I love that this exists and such a great way to keep e-waste down! I will be continuing to go here for all refurbished devices.

Buying experience on Backmarket is superb. I got the Galaxy Z Flip4 256gb in perfect condition for 1/3 of the price. Only down is that the battery does not last as long as if it was brand new, but it can still hold a full day of normal usage.

Phone works pretty well and I'm loving my Samsung S21 ultra 5G 128GB Only concern I have is the battery is the only problem. It dies out a little quicker than it should. I wish I did get an extra battery pack with my phone that's all... if possible could get an extra battery without paying for it would highly appreciated?

This was a gift for my little sister and she absolutely loved it!! Very beautiful design, gold accents and the yellow on top with the white on bottom. There've been no problems with the device since recieving it, activating the sim card was a breeze, and it's functioning very well! Definitely would recommend this buyer at least!

Generally a really good experience, decent cable that came with, the phone was wrapped nicely, and it was packed super well, especially for the price. My biggest complaint and the only reason I'm giving it a 4/5 is that the back glass came pretty beat up and there's some weird press down marks on the front screen, which is a fairly bothering for being a "Excellent" condition phone, and the adhesive on the top glass where the little screen is was peeling so I had to add some more to fix that. Overall the phone has run super well, and I was super happy with how the phone is working, I wish it came in better condition though, especially since I payed for the more premium edition.

Great phone! No noticeable imperfections on it at all. Works like new and the hinge folds very smoothly. This was my first order on backmarket.com and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The phone was packaged well and the order came in faster than I expected. Thanks!

This was a great purchase & at a good discount! Wanted to replace my cracked 21 ultra for a while and this did the job. The phone looked like it was never opened & battery life has been great. I would totally recommend purchasing one over here!

My Galaxy Flip was great upon purchase. Yet, after 13 months of daily use, the screen bubbled and lifted starting at the fold. Within 5 mins, I lost 75% of the screen. Its now past warranty and Toast! Ugh

Happy with purchase. And response Xfinity sales said this unlock phone is not compatible with them.. Verizon says no problem so did T mobile.. I am with xfinity after many days of back and forth got it working. The issue was with their end.(sw) Some new things to get used to .Overall so far so good.
