I'm happy with my purchase of the refurbished 2019 iPad mini with 256gb of storage. It really is the perfect size and the screen quality is great. I bought a $30 pen that works with the mini pad and a new a/c cord because the one that was shipped wasn't the original Apple a/c cord, but similar. Please with my purchase.

I knew this was refurbished and I knew what to expect. It exceeded expectations. Super tiny scratch on the outside but I don’t mind it’s getting cased anyways, performance has been nothing but the best. I love this website.

Product had a few scratches and battery health was lower than I was hoping for- only 83% and I do have to charge it more frequently than expected. Past devices I’ve bought refurbished have been mid-upper 90’s…

The watch is working really well. It has a few minor scratches, but that’s to be expected since it’s refurbished. I really love it! I’m glad that I bought it. Shipping was fast and actually arrived a day earlier than was anticipated!! I love it.

Ordered refurbished (Excellent) Apple Watch Series 8 Stainless Steel Graphite 45 mm. I am very satisfied with my order. Item arrived with battery health at 98%. No scratches. Bands and charger were supplied but band was not OEM. No issue with that as band is new replica Sport Band. Took a chance with Back Market and TekReplay but I am glad I took the chance. I would order again.

It's still super early in the purchase(8 hours) but the laptop I purchased exceeded my expectations. I ordered a Mid 2017 13" Macbook Pro in "good" condition maybe 2 or 3 scuffs on the case, but the screen is good as new, the battery is in "normal" status and holds its charge well. It came shipped with OS 10.12 but I just updated it to OS 12.7. The only issue, which isn't a seller issue or backmarket issue is when I went to set it up the first time I got "stuck" at the Terms and Conditions page. All I had to do to get around it was skip iCloud set up and set it up later. Forutnately this is a well known issue with buyers of renewed/refurbished macintosh products. I got my friend considering purchasing refurbished and I'm glad my experience has been a good example of when buying renewed goes well.

I competed a survey after receiving my MacBook Air. I was impressed with the ease of the website, the options available to me and the speed in which my purchased arrived. I was also impacted with the product itself. I purchased a MacBook Air that was characterized as in good condition. I expected a well working machine. I expected a good working machine with a lot of visible damage to the unibody case. I only have one small nick on the MacBook that I really had to look for. I was impressed enough with BackMarket that I'm actually shopping for an iPhone replacement, That is why I'm on your webpage now. I have recommended you to several people already. My watch was exactly as promoted. I suspect the watchband may not be an Apple Watchband, but not completely sure. It looks nicer than my old watchband so I am using it. Apple Watch Series 8 - the battery life is poor! There is no way it can last 24 hours! It doesn't seem to be advertised at Apple, but there is a low power mode that can go more than 24 hours. It's not always on, acts a little more like a series 3. Apple does promote a low power mode on higher series watches. Not sure its the same thing or not.
