If you’ve gone through the Trade-in assessment and did not receive a price offer your item is probably too damaged to be traded in. In this case, the next best thing to do is recycle it — even if it’s no longer working or badly damaged, your device still contains valuable materials that can be extracted and used in other devices.
Currently, you can trade in smartphones, tablets, MacBooks, headphones, earphones, speakers, and gaming consoles. This includes devices that have already been refurbished or repaired.
Recycling is the next best choice after Trade-in. We’re working hard to launch our recycling program in your area. In the meantime, we recommend searching online for a local recycler who operates in environmentally responsible ways.
