For anyone else that was super worried to purchase from back market because of bad reviews or uncertainty of buying refurbished, here is my honest review as someone who was on a budget and looking for a MacBook for college. I too was super nervous about spending so much money on a MacBook Air without actually seeing it, but saw a ton of good reviews with this vendor and decided to trust it. I ended up buying a 2020 MacBook Air M1, 16GB Ram, with 256GB of storage in the color space grey in good condition. To my shock, the MacBook came in five days, even faster than it was expecting to come. When I opened the MacBook, it was wrapped in a heavy duty box with a thick bubble wrap to make sure it was super safe. When I opened the MacBook it looked AMAZING. There were a few small scratches on the underneath side of the Mac, but the top was absolutely flawless. I am so happy with this purchase and could honestly say that this is a great vendor that can be trusted! Even saved a few hundred bucks buying from back market instead of Apple! As far as everything else goes, the computer seems to operate perfectly, all speakers work. All buttons are in tact, and the touch pad is responsive. ...

I love my refurbished 2020 Macbook air. It arrived in a couple of days after ordering and was just as described. I had hoped to send my old Macbook in for some money back but I bogged down in getting my data and apps transferred to the new computer. This is my 5th device purchased from Back Market and what a terrific refurbisher! This MacBook Air is a good machine. However, it was marked "excellent condition," but it was not as flawless previous devices I've purchased from BM. There were minor scratches on the screen, minor scratches on the lid, and about 6 of the keys are well worn and very shiny due to use. Assuredly, not in excellent condition by Back Market standards. However, with the purchase of a plastic cover and a thin keyboard cover, the problem is not visible.

Received my MacBook a week earlier than the expected delivery. Purchased the Fair Condition and I must say that everything is excellent! Literally could've been listed as Excellent Condition! Battery Health 88%, Speaker sounds amazing, all keys intact, screen has no imperfections.. Im very happy with my purchase! Saved myself $500+ by buying refurbished. My only concern is that the packaging is minimal. It arrived in a fitted box so it's very easy to assume what is in the package. Also, the MacBook arrived freezing cold due to the weather outside. I think it should be shipped a little better protected but that has not affected the quality.
