    first time is hearing about back market was back in 2019 so I took a shot in 2021 to buy myself a new phone the OnePlus 7 pro, ( 3 and 1/2 years later phone still holding up very strong ) 3 1/2 years later I decide to buy myself a Lenovo 2 in 1 laptop excellent grade so far for the past 24 hours it's been great nothing but great products yeah.... Its may say ( excellent) refurbished but it's like they're taking the old products that can't be sold no longer in stores and stick them in a warehouse and wait for people to buy them in all reality there's really nothing wrong with these products.. would always recommend

    laptop was in great shape everything worked as it should but it did come with the wrong charger. it came with a Lenovo charger with a barrel plug on the end and this laptop uses USB C It has no such port.

    Omg. Laptop arrived very well packaged, fast delivery and it looked brand new, performance was flawless and easy to set up. I'm a huge skeptic and this is 2nd purchase this month from Backmarmet , Z Fold was earlier this month and it works great 👍. I won't be going back to big box stores nor online stores.     So far so good. I would give it a 5 star if it wasn’t for the wrong charger that was sent to me. This HP surface uses a C type of charger and I was given a barrel jack type of port and there’s no where to put that. There’s an audio jack but no ports for that type of charger. With that said I found myself in a tricky situation at work, while the laptop was dead, I had to borrow a charger from a co-workers. Thankfully all the new laptops nowadays have the same port!
