It's my first time buying from here so I'm surprised how great it is! The phone came sparkly brand new, with no scratches, or glue marks, even the pen's tip is in perfect shape. The sound system is good and the camera quality is great. It feels like a new phone rather than a refurbished one, which is unexpected to me because I bought from Amazon twice before and both of the phones came with scratched, dull pen's tip, and one even got Verizon locked when they claimed it would be Unlocked. I returned them both and bought this one here, so glad I did! I never had a white Samsung before and gotta admit it looks so much better than my black one, the white and silver gave it a futuristic look. I am blown away by how phenomenal my experience has been with Back Market. I received my new phone in about 2 days, in perfect condition and it functions exactly as needed. Overall, the phone is as advertised. It isn't enjoyable that it's actually not the original stylus and the phone, or should I say the stylus with the Bluetooth attached. I guess when you buy a phone, you should expect to be able to use all of its features. That wasn't very pleasant. You should have been advertised saying Bluetooth will not be on the stylus. Because that makes a huge difference. So it looks like they talked about it. I used an $8 stylus and stuck it in.
