    Love my Samsung Galaxy S22! I wanted a refurbished phone for many reasons, price and less in the landfill being the two most important to me. I was not disappointed by Back Market.     The phone is labeled as unlocked and it was not. Went to my service provider because I couldn't get the sim to work myself and they ultimately came to the conclusion that the phone was locked after many failed attempts at getting the sim card to work with this phone. I am now skeptical of buying refurbished from this site because of this dishonest experience. Hopefully in the future, Backmarket will help to police the dishonesty of some of their "verified" sellers. Other than the phone being locked, it worked perfectly as far as I could tell. The phone was not damaged in any way and it was great for the few days I had it. I am now in the process of getting a refund for this device.

    It's a little slow at times, but other than that this phone meets and exceeds all my expectations! Perfect physical condition, sound quality is great, pictures are gorgeous quality, no problems with audio or connectivity at all! My headphones took a bit of effort to pair, but I 100% blame the headphones for that 😂 10/10 experience for my first refurbished phone!

    I ordered my reconditioned S-22 Samsung and it arrived promptly. It was described to be in fair condition however it was in great condition as far as I am concerned. It was described to be unlocked for any carrier but when I received it it had been previously used with ATT. I put my old Verizon sim card into it and it migrated every detail from my old phone with no issues. I'm very happy with it.

    I ordered this after having to return a damaged phone I got refurbished from amazon. Shipping was fast, phone looked great and works perfectly. I haven't tested it extensively, but I think the battery life is better than the Amazon one I got (same model). For reference, this was sold as "good" condition on backmarket and I'm very happy with the condition it's in. There are some tiny scratches if I inspect it closely, but it didn't look dinged up at all.

    Been using my new phone for about a week and a half now. Very happy with the performance so far. It also has an excellent camera. I ordered the product under the fair condition and the sides came pretty scuffed but no actual damages. (And it's all hidden in the case anyway). Fantastic phone and another good refurbished purchase. I will say as a warning, the battery life of this phone is pretty bad, which is because of Samsung, not Back Market. Just keep that in mind when buying.
