    Aight the phone is in good mostly excellent condition let me mind yall that is looking at this review they might not be good it’s mostly thinking that refurbished brands that aren’t too well with the devices, was planning to refund the phone thinking this would be sketchy if the phone is already tweaking but I did my inspection and it was well indeed, took about a day to feel satisfied and it was really standing so well still turns on well functioning and it give me chance to keep it since this was my first refurbished phone I know its a lot to say but I have to get out my chest, thanks to the people or the store brand for taking care of the phone much appreciated.

    Little worried about buying refurbished. I was concerned about the condition of the phone even though it was listed as in Excellent condition. When I opened the box, all my fears went away. This was the best purchase I could have ever made. I can only hope that should I ever need it, their service after the sale, repairs or replacement will be as good or better than the service I have received thus far.     The phone is amazing I got the Samsung S23+ (excellent) for a good deal and found nothing wrong when it came (4 days later), I thought the battery was faulty but when I fully charged it lasted a long time for a used phone. one thing i would have liked was the charger coming with a brick compatible with the phone(no charging brick inside).either than that i would recommend.

    I just replaced a phone I bought from Back Market in 2019. The first phone is still good but it's battery is winding down. My son and I both have MacBooks from Back Market. My boyfriend and I each have an iPad from Back Market, and three of my family in England have phones from Back Market.co.uk on recommendation from me. This new phone was described as fair because there's a tiny scratch on the screen, which is barely noticeable and a tiny bit of the black on the frame is worn away; again, barely noticeable, and actually not noticeable inside a phone case with a screen cover. I recommend Back Market to all my friends. Saving my money and saving the environment, one device at a time!

    This is my Third day having and using this phone. There were cosmetic chips on the side of the phone and light scratches on the screen for "good" condition, but everything is still perfect. (Not a big deal, considering a phone is a phone as long as it runs like it's new and it wasn't really noticeable.) Either way, great deal. alot better than spending 800-960 on the same phone through a carrier. Saved me alot of time, money, and hassles with phone companies being slimey with their phone "deals." I honestly should have went for the Ultra, but I chickened out 🤣.

    The phone came in great condition to my knowledge so far. I will say that the camera came with like a generic camera protector that made it appear like the s21 camera set up. I didn’t know how the camera really looked on this model so when I went to put a case on the phone it wouldn’t fit and couldn’t understand why. Until I realized the screen protector on the camera. So I yanked it off and was just filthy underneath. Besides that phone was okay. Will say I expect more on the personal working on it to notice the camera protector before shipping product. Because it’s not like it was installed by backmarket. It definitely belonged to the previous owner. All and all a lil more attention to detail.

    I got the new s23+ 256gb lavender and it was immaculate. But when I set it up it got hot and the battery drained pretty fast and I was thinking oh oh. But I gave it a chance and it has performed wonderfully with no repeat of excess heat and the battery has lasted all day with the same routine (gaming) that made me charge my old phone twice! I read that set up makes them hot. Anyway, Very smooth and quick. 5*'s! Thanks for quality stuff, Back Market!
