Perfect condition like a brand new phone. A coupl e days After activation, I had a problem with dripped calls but a powered restart solved the problem. Great delivery 2 days standard shipping. I just bought a reconditioned tablet.

I LOVE Backmarket -- their refurbished products have been working great for me (keep it up!!), trade-in is a breeze, and buying second-hand products are both cheap AND better for the environment. What's not to love?

Little worried about buying refurbished. I was concerned about the condition of the phone even though it was listed as in Excellent condition. When I opened the box, all my fears went away. This was the best purchase I could have ever made. I can only hope that should I ever need it, their service after the sale, repairs or replacement will be as good or better than the service I have received thus far. Great service. I absolutely love this phone. I can't believe how much of an upgrade it is from my old S20. Delivery was prompt and the phone arrived in perfect condition. This was the 2nd phone I ordered. The first was cancelled by the company that had the phone. Back Market provided communication and support. Overall, I have no complaints and would highly recommend Back Market.

So far, everything is great! Delivery was quick and protected since I had to sign for the package. The phone itself works great. Excellent battery life and no signs of wear. Super happy with my purchase!

phone was packaged great but there were micro scratches on the screen. Sucks when I paid for premium, the price difference isnt a lot but still seemd deceptive to list something as flawless when its not. My old phone was really slow so its still an upgrade.

My second purchase, this time upgrading from S21 to S23+. Easy to compare choices, easy ordering and delivery. Returning old device has a few extra steps. S23+ works great and in condition stated. Now discovered they have a deal with Visible!

I just replaced a phone I bought from Back Market in 2019. The first phone is still good but it's battery is winding down. My son and I both have MacBooks from Back Market. My boyfriend and I each have an iPad from Back Market, and three of my family in England have phones from Back Market.co.uk on recommendation from me. This new phone was described as fair because there's a tiny scratch on the screen, which is barely noticeable and a tiny bit of the black on the frame is worn away; again, barely noticeable, and actually not noticeable inside a phone case with a screen cover. I recommend Back Market to all my friends. Saving my money and saving the environment, one device at a time!
