    I've gotten the same product on here twice (there was nothing wrong with the first one, it just lost a fight with a motorized reclining chair), both times have been amazing. I received the phone more or less on time (took an extra day for the second one, but the weather was kinda shit), both phones arrived in great condition, they work wonderfully, you would never know they were refurbished, got them both under $600 too

    I love this Z FLIP 3 5zG . I ordered refurbished but it cames looking like a brand new phone. It also cames with an USB cable which makes it easy to transfer all my information from my old phone to this. Everything works perfectly fine. I received the phone yesterday and am enjoying it. I will buy one more as a gift for my sister.

    I ordered from the Excellent category, which is what my order receipt states. As I leave this review, the condition is listed as 'Very good' above the review text box. I would say that's a discrepancy in the details. This shipped fast, I had it within a week. Shipping packaging was great. It felt pretty safe and sound in the box. There was about a 50% charge on the phone, a usb-c to usb cable, a usb charger with it, and a quick start guide. The body of the phone has more nicks/scratches than I anticipated, and there's some kind of sticky adhesive along some seams (possibly from a repair..) Since this is a gift, I will be adding a phone case to it to hide the visible wear, which I suspect the recipient will be none the wiser. The screens don't appear to have any scratches. There is a visible bend in the screen where the phone folds, which isn't visible when the screen is on and looking straight at it unless there's a bright light that reflects off of it. The phone turned on and booted as expected. I didn't see any cracks in the screens. The screens are responsive and working as expected. The front and back cameras are working with no visible defects on the pictures. I purchas...

    I recently purchased the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5G as a refurbished unit, and overall, I’m quite pleased with my choice. Here are my thoughts: Design and Form Factor (5/5 stars): The foldable design is a game-changer. It’s compact when folded and opens up to a decent-sized screen. The Mystic Gray color looks sleek and modern. Performance (4/5 stars): The phone handles most tasks smoothly. Apps open quickly, and multitasking is a breeze. However, there were a few instances where it felt a tad sluggish, especially when loading heavy web pages. Camera (4/5 stars): The 12-megapixel camera captures good photos in well-lit conditions.     I've bought many phones and laptops and watches off back market. always been pretty happy. This got to our home super fast for once, that was great. However, this is the 1st time that a product has shown up in less than fair condition. My daughter wants to keep the phone but there is a huge flaw across the fold of the screen and the spine of the phone has a big dent. Big enough that it actually makes it so the phone can not open all the way to lay flat. That is a bit disappointing as I've never had any of the electronics bought via Back Market (even in only fair condition) show up with such big flaws. It does seem to work properly but she's only had it for a few hours. I will submit pictures if I need to but I put screen protectors on the phone front and back and won't remo e them for that.

    This phone is very fun! It does feel a lot taller in your hand than it might look in the picture. I do worry about the strength of the hinge, but so far it's fine. I got a case, which makes it much clunkier. The battery at the lowest quality level is very weak. I was disappointed.
