    This site wasn't the first one I tried, I ordered one from Amazon refurbished but when I got the phone it was locked ( it had an account on it). I had to wait for a refund from Amazon. Then I remembered I got my mom's phone a few months ago from back market and didn't have any problems. So I ordered the Samsung Galaxy Zfold 5 and two days later I had my new phone.     I previously(about 13mos.ago) bought a zfold 4 & after an accidental fall onto gravel where inner large screen acquired a nick in what I THOUGHT was the screen protector so drove an hour to the only shop with the ability to replace it only to find out it had NO FACTORY SCREEN PROTECTOR ON IT ANYMORE??? & Would've cost $600. To repair! Luckily I had insurance on phone as about a week later the inner screen got a black area down middle & no longer worked. So, I was, with reimbursement by insurance able to order again from you the zfold5 which I'm very happy with but this time I took it immediately in to see if it needed an inner screen protector sure enough someone had removed it so I had them put one on it for about $20.ish. I have had good experiences with my phone purchases previously & very happy with prices BUT, I think you should tell a buyer that there's NO INNER screen protection on the zfold's since they're supposed to have a factory one on them it didn't occur to me to have it checked for that!!!

    It did say excellent condition they're scratches on the screen , not the folding screen, but the main screen its really minor but if your going to say "Excellent condition" I am expecting no floss, other than that the phone is running good and a lot off my friends are giving me compliments on it I only open it to check on my e-mail and watching movies , I have a Samsung Note 20 5g I am keeping just in case this one fails, its basically my plan B

    This is the 4th time I've used Backmarket and it did not disappoint. I'm always amazed by the Z fold vs. Z flip series but I wanted to get the best phone for my buck so I optes into multifunctional Z fold. I've had fun customizing it and is necessary for work-play use. The only thing about this item is I bought it as an "Excellent" item hoping there are no visual deficits. It has a slight one by the back camera rings. A few chips or so but is hardly noticeable. I was really hoping it was seamless as my previous Excellent purchases were as advertised. But, nevertheless, I'm happy. It's just a sophisticated, classy phone. I look like one of those K-drama artists flipping it I mean it.

    I love this phone so much and you won't find this it at this price anywhere else. I bought in good condition and front screen and some scratches that are not that noticeable and when I put a tempered glass protector they disappeared. The inside screen is in flawless condition. the outside has some scratches, it looks like previous owner had a case that made some scratches in specific areas but nothing major, overall amazing phone for the price.
