    This was my second attempt at buying this phone. The first one I sent back because it wouldn't charge normally. This one arrived with the microphone not working. I eventually figured out that the microphone port at the bottom of the phone was clogged up with dirt, and I managed to clean it up enough to get it working again. Surely this would be a standard thing to check when refurbishing a phone to resell it. Otherwise, the phone seems fine.

    I was honestly pretty skeptical about buying a refurbished phone, obviously there's a much greater risk than buying new (with the plus side of price). I was also scared of bot reviews boosting the stats. However, I am incredibly satisfied with my Pixel 7. I got the excellent option and both the screen and back were perfect. The battery life seems as good as new and everything else works perfectly. The only small complaint is there was a little bit of dirt around the camera, but I cleaned it up in 30 seconds. Always remember refurbished can be risky, but I am very satisfied.

    Everything has just been excellent! I am so happy with my purchase and with the service offered by BackMarket. Everything was super easy and stress free.     I am beyond pleased with my Pixel 7 like new phone. It arrived in perfect condition. The set-up went smoothly and so far the only issue I have is I wish they had left the finger print ID button on the back of the phone as it does not always engage. This was my first buying experience with Back Market and the first time I've bought anything reconditioned. Overall a great experience!

    I'm very pleased with my Google Pixel 7. It looks new and has no scratcehes on it. The process for ordering was easy and the phone arrived on time. One thing I'm disappointed about is the battery doesn't seem to hold a charge as long as my phones in the past have, two days, needing charged only every other day. I've tried to be sure there aren't apps running the background and even turn the phone off at night in an effort to not have it die during the second day. But the past week, the battery has gotten very low in the early evening of the second day. Luckily I was home and able to charge it while still having it available in case I received a call or text.

    The Google Pixel 7 that I bought arrived quickly and was in almost new condition. The battery cycle count was at 27 and lasts a long time. Very happy with my purchase. In fact, I ordered a Pixel 6 for my wife. Hopefully it's in as good of shape as this one when it comes in. The only thing it came with was the charging cord, but it was brand new.
