I was honestly pretty skeptical about buying a refurbished phone, obviously there's a much greater risk than buying new (with the plus side of price). I was also scared of bot reviews boosting the stats. However, I am incredibly satisfied with my Pixel 7. I got the excellent option and both the screen and back were perfect. The battery life seems as good as new and everything else works perfectly. The only small complaint is there was a little bit of dirt around the camera, but I cleaned it up in 30 seconds. Always remember refurbished can be risky, but I am very satisfied.

I was very concerned about buying a refurbished phone, but I will never go back to brand new ever again - what a waste and a terrible thing for our environment.

I am beyond pleased with my Pixel 7 like new phone. It arrived in perfect condition. The set-up went smoothly and so far the only issue I have is I wish they had left the finger print ID button on the back of the phone as it does not always engage. This was my first buying experience with Back Market and the first time I've bought anything reconditioned. Overall a great experience!

Well it's been a bit over a year since I got this refurbished phone and oh baby it's still going strong. Not a thing wrong with it when I bought it and absolutely nothing wrong now. I did screw up and crack it within the first month cause I fell on it but it's still amazing.

I purchased the Google pixel 7 in fair condition, when it arrived I was pleasantly surprised, it looked brand new!. it had a few scratches on the metal and some very minor and small scratches on the screen. the phone works great and I'm very happy with what I got
