Device is exactly as described, beautiful condition! Difficult to tell it was ever used by looking at it. My kid says the battery drains faster than his iPhone XR did, but that's the lottery you play with refurbished products! If it gets bad - (it's fine now) - I'll just have the battery replaced. Much cheaper than paying the Apple Tax for a new phone!

The phone came with some slight damage on the rings of camera as expected for refurbished, the screens oleophobic coating was gone and on the back too, but a screen protector and case should do the trick. Also batter health is good I got mines at 87% so not too bad for a refurbished iPhone.

Easy, fast shipping. I was overall happy with the way the iPhone 13 I purchased in "Good" condition arrived, phone battery was 87% and the body was also good with only a few scuffs around the edges (nothing that a case will hide). I'd have been a bit disappointed about the screen, it has apparently been replaced for a non genuine display and my phone is indicating “An important display message - Unable to verify this iPhone has a genuine apple display". I had to remember that this was a refurbished phone and I couldn't notice any difference in image quality, except for that annoying notification in the settings the iPhone works as expected.

This is my first purchase with BM, and I've been using my 'new iPhone to me' for about 10 days. So far, my phone is working beautifully. It looks brand new and the battery health is 100% (I chose the 'Excellent' condition). The purchase, shipping, and setup process was pretty easy. BM did everything they said they would do for me. If you are looking for a refurbished phone back market has never given me a bad product!!! This is my second iPhone purchase from their website and both times haven’t disappointed. I ordered a green iPhone 13 in good condition, with a new battery, arrived earlier than stated and had minor scratches on the back from the last persons case which is to be expected. I threw my clear case over it and it’s not even visible!!! There wasn’t a single scratch on the screen itself and came with a new charger.

I received my refurbished iPhone 13 and set it up today. I was disappointed to see that the maximum battery capacity is 88%. I was expecting that a refurbished phone would have a new battery (100%). Was I misled on that? I've already wiped my old phone to send in, and I don't want to return this one or send it it in for a new battery. I am just disappointed and will not be shy in saying so. **I did some research and found that the phone meets the battery requirement for "A" or Pristine. I had just assumed that any refurbished battery-powered appliance would have a new battery. I am quite pleased with my phone.

Purchased Premium level graded iphone 13 - only flaw was barely visible, two very minor scratches near the top of the screen - for me, to minor to be a return issue. Otherwise, the phone was in like new condition with no other signs of use. Battery health at 100% and battery performance seems normal. Only concern is whether battery was replaced (I assume it was) and if a genuine Apple OEM battery was installed as specified for a premium graded phone. The only way to verify this is to open the device at substantial cost. Consumers should have the right to know - and be told - what parts were replaced, if any -on every phone- and additional confirmation/documentation from the seller of required OEM parts being installed for premium level graded phones. Unfortunately, Back Market cannot verify what every seller is doing and comes down to a matter of trust.
