I don’t usually leave reviews but this time I’m compelled to write one. It’s my first time using backmarket to purchase a refurbished phone for my Mom as a xmas gift. I opted for the excellent condition. Honestly, I was thinking twice to make a purchase thru backmarket because of the mixed reviews that I’ve extensively read, especially the words “brittle screen display” “non-genuine parts installed” such and such. But since, backmarket offers 1-year warranty and 14-day return policy, it’s a no brainer. Thus, I went ahead and made the purchase. The iPhone 14 Pro arrived quick and upon examining it more thoroughly, it’s basically flawless like brand new just like you get from apple, other than 85% battery life (which I’m about to get replaced by apple anyway). I’m so happy about this transaction and I highly recommend it to people who are in the market for one without costing you arm and leg. Shout out to Supplytronics!

I had a deal on my Premium Silver iPhone 14 Pro 256gb model as it was the same price as the Premium Deep Purple iPhone 14 Pro 128gb. I was sceptical but I pulled the trigger and did not regret it! Got a great deal on a ‘good’ condition iPhone 14 Pro. Front and back glass were pristine. Only damage was to the front bezel around the display. It looked scraped up like it was dragged on the ground or something, however only the anodization/finish were damaged (can’t feel it with my nail). It’s covered up by the case so it doesn’t bother me too much. I figure I’d have to make some concessions if I want a phone at this price point. Battery life 88%. If you’re military DEFINITELY utilize your discount!! 10% cut 50 something bucks off my bill! Initially I placed the order without the discount (I wasn’t aware they offered one) but customer service was quick to issue a refund in the amount of the discount with no arm twisting or hassle. For the price I paid with the warranty they offer, I don’t know that I could’ve found a deal like this anywhere else unless I wanted to hunt around forever. Overall I rate 4.5/5 stars because you do order the product sight unseen without detailed knowledge of the condition apart from their grade.

The condition and function are as advertised. It took 7 days to get to me, 5 of that for it to get shipped. It was clean except the silent switch had black dirt in it. It’s worth noting though that at 87% battery health I only get about half the usage time of a new battery—an Apple issue that is an open secret to iPhone users.

First of all, I believe in second-hand everything and fully support this company's mission and vision. Now to the phone-overall, I am satisfied. It's a beautiful device that works pretty well. There are a couple of downsides: 1. The display is not "certified" by Apple, which means you have continual notifications about it from the device. Not so bit a deal, just annoying. 2. The battery life does not last as long as I anticipated since the battery health is 85%. BackMarket does offer some tips to help with battery life, such as charging it multiple times a day. Again, annoying not disastrous. 3. My phone also becomes very hot if I'm on a phone call that lasts more than 30 minutes. BackMarket offered a full refund to return the device to the seller. Ultimately, I've decided not to return the device because right now, it's more trouble than it's worth. Again, overall I am satisfied, and the company will definitely make any issues right. I highly recommend BackMarket.
