I was l a little nervous ordering a refurbished phone but I am very glad I did. My iPhone 14pro came in great condition and looked almost new. Works perfectly fine, battery was at 85%. I can definitely recommend if you want to safe some money :)

Ordered a refurbished iPhone 14 Pro and it came looking brand new, battery level 100%, with a charging cord as well. The whole process was really smooth and easy. Been recommending Backmarket to my coworkers and friends I'm so thrilled. The payment options are also wayyyy more generous than anything you'll get from a cell phone shop.

Ordered two iPhone 14 Pros, both received in excellent condition, as described. They looked brand new! Both phones came with charging cord and are working great, no issues at all. Phones came from different vendors but were shipped promptly, packaging was great and I received both on the same day. I would definitely order from Back Market again:)

I am very pleased with the overall service with Back Market!! I purchased a iPhone 14 Pro in good condition. There were very little noticeable scratches on the back of the case!!! I highly recommend using Back Market for electronic purchases!!

The condition and function are as advertised. It took 7 days to get to me, 5 of that for it to get shipped. It was clean except the silent switch had black dirt in it. It’s worth noting though that at 87% battery health I only get about half the usage time of a new battery—an Apple issue that is an open secret to iPhone users.

First of all, I believe in second-hand everything and fully support this company's mission and vision. Now to the phone-overall, I am satisfied. It's a beautiful device that works pretty well. There are a couple of downsides: 1. The display is not "certified" by Apple, which means you have continual notifications about it from the device. Not so bit a deal, just annoying. 2. The battery life does not last as long as I anticipated since the battery health is 85%. BackMarket does offer some tips to help with battery life, such as charging it multiple times a day. Again, annoying not disastrous. 3. My phone also becomes very hot if I'm on a phone call that lasts more than 30 minutes. BackMarket offered a full refund to return the device to the seller. Ultimately, I've decided not to return the device because right now, it's more trouble than it's worth. Again, overall I am satisfied, and the company will definitely make any issues right. I highly recommend BackMarket.

Great phone. Shipped and arrived quickly. Was exactly what I ordered. Got it set up same day. I had some snags transferring my data but that was an Apple thing rather than the phone. Definitely recommend and definitely will continue to get my tech here.

This was my first purchase with Back Market and it's not my last. I bought this phone in excellent condition and that is exactly what arrived - fully charged and ready to go. The battery capacity/health only being at 84% was a little bit of a bummer. To me, "great" in terms of battery is 85% and above, but I'm not going to worry about 84 vs 85%. A new battery would have elevated this transaction to "awome," though. I'm thoroughly enjoying my new phone and would not hesitate to recommend Back Market!!

Order arrived as expected. The iphone had a better battery life % than I was expecting, which it was great and something that worried me before purchasing. I would be looking to buy other things in the future for sure.
