Everything appears to be working as described. I was disappointed there was some scratches on the screen, however it could have been worse since this is refurbished. Phone has been working well and meets my needs. Thank you.

iPhone 13 128G- I bought this in “fair” condition but that was incorrect. It looks like a brand new phone! 100% will recommend over and over and when it’s time to upgrade again, I will be back. Also got a very sturdy case and it’s already proven it’s worth.

The case is awesome; fully transparent, tight fit, and it looks like it will be very durable. The screen cover, as carefully as I followed directions, does not stick around the edges. No sign of dust or dirt, I suspect the adhesive just isn't very good.

"I ordered 2 by mistake and cannot find a way via your online support that will allow me to return one of the cover sets !! I have been trying numerous ways to reach out to you but your forms do not allow me to select the correct reason for returning one set."

The condition of the phone was perfect and shipping was really quick. The only complaint was that iTunes was needed to update to iOS18 which isn’t supported. This did cause a delay in getting the phone set up but this is an Apple support issue not a reflection of back market.

The protective case is of value, but would be much better if it had more cushioning. Should prevent any damage to phone if phone is dropped onto concrete from 5 feet impacting in any orientation. I had one from case-Mate that did just that for my iPhone 7.

It takes some learning to have a new model, but I like my new I Phone. I had to involve my carrier (Consumer Cellular) but with a little help set up ws e4asy and all my old data is now on my new phone. Great Value!

Thank you. I was pleasantly surprised how quickly everything came and how basically brand new it was! The case fits perfectly and although I wish it had space for maybe one more card slot, it’s exactly what I needed. I’m having a hard time figuring out how to make it stand on the folded side but I think that’s a user problem not a defect;) Thanks!

Phone was in the condition it was described but it had a lot of yellow dust in the crevices of the device which I had to clean myself. There was also a weird yellow paste, plays dough like, on the speaker and microphones holes of the device which I also had to clean myself.
