    I’m very satisfied with the product which is a refurbished iPhone 7, the dissatisfaction I have is with myself because I should have spent a little more to get a new battery with the phone and I wasn’t sure if a refurbished phone came with a new battery or not. FOR ANY ONE WONDERING THE SAME THING: No a refurbished phone does not Come with a new battery. However, Back Market is with the money!

    I love backmarket for great deals. This iPhone 7 looks and works great. I gave almost nothing for it. Every system in here runs smooth. I would recommend if you need a quick replacement phone. 2 issues to address are battery life. Which is not as great as I’d like. I was use to charging at the end of every evening. With this phone I have to charge 2 times daily. Sometimes 3 depending on my phone use and I use my phone for everything! Signal is another issue but that’s an apple issue not a backmarket issue. I live in a very rural area. The phones signal is horrible out here. When I’m in town it’s great. I’m still pretty happy with my quick replacement phone.

The only reasons I didn’t rate 5 stars are because I first was having issues with the device reading the SIM card. Got that resolved but now I’m dealing with an overheating battery.     I ordered this iPhone 7 in 2020. It's 2024 now, as I write this. The phone has worked great! But it's very old now and struggles to do basic things. The battery has lived it's life. And the newest iOS is not compatible. I just bought a much newer phone (Google Pixel 7) from BackMarket to replace this ancient iPhone 7. I have never had a bad experience with BackMarket and have recommended them to friends and family people who, as far as I'm aware, have also had a great experience.
