    For anyone else that was super worried to purchase from back market because of bad reviews or uncertainty of buying refurbished, here is my honest review as someone who was on a budget and looking for a MacBook for college. I too was super nervous about spending so much money on a MacBook Air without actually seeing it, but saw a ton of good reviews with this vendor and decided to trust it. I ended up buying a 2020 MacBook Air M1, 16GB Ram, with 256GB of storage in the color space grey in good condition. To my shock, the MacBook came in five days, even faster than it was expecting to come. When I opened the MacBook, it was wrapped in a heavy duty box with a thick bubble wrap to make sure it was super safe. When I opened the MacBook it looked AMAZING. There were a few small scratches on the underneath side of the Mac, but the top was absolutely flawless. I am so happy with this purchase and could honestly say that this is a great vendor that can be trusted! Even saved a few hundred bucks buying from back market instead of Apple! As far as everything else goes, the computer seems to operate perfectly, all speakers work. All buttons are in tact, and the touch pad is responsive. ...

    I love my refurbished 2020 Macbook air. It arrived in a couple of days after ordering and was just as described. I had hoped to send my old Macbook in for some money back but I bogged down in getting my data and apps transferred to the new computer. I'm old and I should have hired someone to do it for me instead of going down the rabbit hole! I plan to use BackMarket for a refurbished iphone next.

    I bought this laptop in "Excellent" condition. I assume it was refurbished due to a broken screen. Whoever installed the new screen definitely smudged the glass from the inside lol. It is incredibly annoying, since I won't be able to get them off without replacing the screen entirely. I think it could've been more securely shipped as well. But other than that, the laptop seems to be in good working condition. There's only one noticeable ding, which doesn't bother me. Overall, I am happy with my purchase & think it was definitely worth the price.

    It’s good in all honesty it is fast and reliable. Only thing is indent on the top if the MacBook but I got it at a fair price so it’s whatever. Anyways I would totally recommend for anyone trying to buy a refurbished MacBook this is the one. 92% battery life and the battery charge keeps my MacBook on all day so it’s reliable.

    Another great purchase from Back Market :). I’ve ordered multiple iPads from Back Market previously; this was my first laptop purchase. As expected, the MacBook Air was delivered extremely quickly — within 1 day of purchase (actually faster than expected!). Safely packaged. MacBook Air came in the original Apple box (though the Apple box did have a big white sticker label — which made it clear it wasn’t brand new). MacBook Air was in great condition as promised. While I understand this is a refurbished product, there are a few flaws such as a crack near the top seam, the first of two USB-C ports is non functional, and one of my key caps is detached from the key.
