    The MacBook Pro I purchased is in excellent condition, despite being graded as "fair." I cannot see any flaws at all. I've had it for a week now and have been working with it daily, and it's working beautifully. I am very happy with my purchase. I would absolutely recommend buying a refurbished product from iPower Resale and Backmarket. This purchase came after 2 failed attempts with other purchases. I first purchased a refurbished MacBook Pro from Loop Mobile through Backmarket. It appeared to be working well at first, but after a few hours of use, it started incessantly beeping every 7 seconds. This would happen every day. I was going nuts trying to troubleshoot it and went back and forth with Backmarket support. After running apple diagnostics, I discovered it had a faulty battery. The customer support was excellent and the return was seamless. I assumed that the first bad Mac Book was just really bad luck because I had previously purchased an iPhone and iPad through Backmarket and they were excellent (and have been excellent for years). I immediately purchased another Mac Book Pro, also from Loop Mobile through Backmarket. This one also appeared to be working well ...

    This is the second macbook I have bought from backmarket, first being a 2017 MacBook Pro. I am very pleased with the quality of both units. This unit does have slightly more wear upon closer inspection but no so much as to be distracting or ugly. I'm fairly tech savvy and do an inspection of the interior as well and my main complaint is the refurbisher clearly didn't thoroughly clean the inside of the unit, there was dust and debris inside the fans and heatsinks. Though this is a minor issue to fix, im sure most people arent comfortable opening up their unit and blowing it out with compressed air. I would say im a 4.5/5 for this purchase, would be 5/5 if there was just a little more attention to detail with the interior cleaning instead of just an inspection!

    At first I was very skeptical to purchase such an expensive laptop refurbished. But I was able to stumble upon a really good deal and I just had to purchase it. The process to purchase the laptop was very smooth and delivery time was accurate. The condition I choose was "Good" and believe me when I say that was spot on. Actually the condition could have easily been considered excellent. The battery health was at 98% with the battery cycle at 99. I will definitely purchase from Back Market again.

    I’ve ordered from Backmarket before and while can say it wasn’t a perfect experience I got what I paid for at the time. It was a MacBook Pro 2017 and was ordered in 2021. It was listed as fair but shipped to me looking brand new. But right after a year the logic board went out. I was hesitant to do it again but I decided to give it another go. This time I chose a MacBook Pro M1 Pro. It was listed as excellent. I needed it quickly so I paid for next day shipping. I ordered it Tuesday afternoon it came Friday evening. I guess that’s how 48hrs works in shipping. When it arrived it was packed very well. I thought I received the wrong one at first. It was black. Then I noticed it was in a protective case. I thought, ‘oh wow a free case’. Then I said wait let’s see if it’s covering something up. I took off the case to find a near perfect machine. There was one fine hairline scratch on the top of the MacBook. Other than that it was perfect. The keyboard even had this super soft keyboard protector. It’s not great for late night when you want to use the backlit keyboard but it’s still a great keyboard protector. It also came with an older Mac charger and a MagSafe wire. Luckily I had 96w A...

    The MacBook Pro 16” (M2, 2023) that I received is indistinguishable from a new MacBook. The seller did an excellent job with clean up, provided appropriate charging blocks and cables, and took care to ensure the machine was ready for me to simply connect my Apple ID and make the magic happen.     I'm very happy with my purchase. The MacBook Pro I got was flawless and exactly as described. The whole process was seamless and swift and actually arrived much sooner than the original estimate which was a very pleasant surprise. The spec I got was quite high and the only other place I found with a similar spec was on Apple's own refurbished section but that was significantly more expensive (by about $1000) I would definitely shop BackMarket again if I was looking for a similar device or phone.

    This computer made me jump directly from Catalina to Sequoia. So much has changed since Catalina, Sequoia being geared especially to users who lack organization. I can't believe the trouble I had to set up the most simple features to make my new computer "feel" like the old one. Thank goodness, I had Chat-GPT to answers all my questions. On the other hand, this new computer is slick, a pleasure to "handle," with a sound of great quality, compared to the tinny sound of my old computer (2013 if you please). I feel transported into a different world. To my great pleasure, it arrived to my place a couple of days earlier than anticipated. One thing I would have liked is a power adapter that has a USB port. I read so much about it. I just assumed it would have been included. I also miss the good old days of the extension cord that doubled the length of the power adapter cord. Unfortunately, refurbished units tend to cut corners in that department. The cord is way too short and the adapter slips off the power strip if I look at it the wrong way. Most annoying.

    After chugging around on a 2012 MBPro for 11 years, This M1 Max is amazing. I'm using for music production and the battery is amazing, the fans never start going crazy and it's like having a brand new laptop even though it's refurbished. Highly grateful for the great experience.

    Was very suspicious of this site at first, but eventually got curious enough to try it. Ensured that the refurbisher had a strong reputation and ordered a 14" M1 MacBook Pro. Order arrived sooner than expected, and I was very impressed with the device. No signs of any wear on the device being rated as only "Good" condition. Battery only went through 50 cycles, so basically good as new. Everything runs smoothly with no errors. Considering all the bull**** pricing that Apple is doing with their new devices ($200 dollars for 16GB RAM, what a joke), getting this device for only 800 dollars with trade in is such a steal, it's not even funny. I highly recommend getting a refurbished M1 Pro from sites such as this one over getting the newer overpriced crap from Apple themselves, as they actually offer more performance for price.

    It was time for a new computer as mine was getting too old to be supported or upgrade much anymore. I've learned to turn to Back Market for the buy. This is my third purchase to date, and everything has been wonderful. I have an iPad, a MacBook Air, and now a MacBook Pro from them. I've also been telling people who didn't know about this option.
