    I'm very satisfied with Backmarket and with the refurbishers responsible for my Oneplus 10 Pro. Ordered mine in excellent condition and there isn't a scratch on it any where. Great price. Looks and feels brand new. Only downside is they don't come with the original charger, just a cord which is fine. Just keep in mind if you buy one on here you'll need to get the official Warp Charger and OnePlus cord elsewhere. Overall 10/10 experience, will be using BackMarket again.     I ordered a Silver OnePlus 9RT 5G and received a Purple OnePlus 9 5G. The condition of the phone was in good condition but completely different model. I was expecting something totally different. I sold the phone I was using prior to purchasing this OnePlus off of Back Market and Back Market isn't accepting my phone that I had prior to this purchase so I sold it on Facebook marketplace now if I am to return this product and get a refund I'll be out of a phone until I can purchase a new one or have a new one shipped to me. Kinda puts me in a tough spot. I'm unsure what I'm going to do. I'm going to wait for Back Market to get back to me via Chat. We'll see what they do for me.

    I paid for an "Excellent" condition phone and can confirm - it's in excellent condition. No scratches, blemishes, dings, on the outside. Battery health at 100%. Basically brand new...for less than half the MSRP. The one negative thing is that it did not come with its own fast charger - just a cheap USBa/USBc cable. Still 5-Stars because BackMarket doesn't give chargers to anyone, even for specialized fast chargers like the one that comes with a new OnePlus 11.

    The phone was as advertized, even better, like new. Very happy overall. Wanted the dual sim card version, and perhaps it is, but the tray only has one slot that fits my card. Have to check into that. Delivery was supposed to be within a reasonble window (9:50am to 1:00pm) but was extended to 8pm on the same day. Phone finally came at 5pm, so I lost a day of work.

    I wanted to leave a really quick review, this is actually a replacement phone for a previous order that did not meet expectations or desires. Although this was actually originally a carrier phone like the previous, that's now just unlocked, (which is what 99% of users buying an unlocked phone expect or need), as a developer it's a little bit different for me, but with that said, the emotions I felt opening this phone, are the emotions I wish I had felt opening my original purchase from a different seller (a pixel device). It was AMAZING! it's a beautiful device, it meets expectations AND the seller claims. I love it! I'm very happy with yow backmarket has handled me as a customer. I haven't bought a phone elsewhere for many years and the recent purchase from a diff seller was the only time I was upset from the getgo and tried to suffer thru it, eventually leaving an unhappy review although I didn't expect anything nor did I plan on swapping until the device had more problems, but this oneplus is perfect, the seller has been AMAZING, and so has backmarket customer service. I'm glad I can continue to be a back market customer!
