I'm very satisfied with Backmarket and with the refurbishers responsible for my Oneplus 10 Pro. Ordered mine in excellent condition and there isn't a scratch on it any where. Great price. Looks and feels brand new. Only downside is they don't come with the original charger, just a cord which is fine. Just keep in mind if you buy one on here you'll need to get the official Warp Charger and OnePlus cord elsewhere. Overall 10/10 experience, will be using BackMarket again. My first experience at back market and it was really nice and easy. I ordered OnePlus 10 pro in excellent condition and I received as it was mentioned, no screch, no damage on body and phone works like new one, only one problem is not original box and charger but what we can expect for half a price, definitely value of money and great experience to order with back market 🫡

I paid for an "Excellent" condition phone and can confirm - it's in excellent condition. No scratches, blemishes, dings, on the outside. Battery health at 100%. Basically brand new...for less than half the MSRP. The one negative thing is that it did not come with its own fast charger - just a cheap USBa/USBc cable. Still 5-Stars because BackMarket doesn't give chargers to anyone, even for specialized fast chargers like the one that comes with a new OnePlus 11.

I was surprised and impressed with the great condition of OnePlus 7t Pro 5G Macleran Phone! I have always wanted this phone when it came out 5 Years ago. I am truly impressed at how easy it was to transfer all my information from my Motorola Edge + 5G to the OnePlus 7t Pro 5G Macleran! Yes, I didn't get the regular OP 7t Pro 5G. Thats okay with Me ! I have made purchases on Back market for more than 2 years! This was the best Purchase of All ! I tell all my friends & coworkers about Back market ! Thank you Again !

Phone had dents as expected. Group chat text threads are being weird, I think the software still has a couple of ghosts that a reset can't fix. But overall happy with the money I saved. Penny pinching enthusiasts such as myself are in the right place. I will be back for my next phone.

The phone works wall and was in excellent condition when I received it. unfortunately the phone they sent was black and not gold as ordered, by the time I received it the price went up and all the gold were sold out. Not worth returning it and paying more

Came in a day before the estimated delivery date. Phone was better than described condition wise, hardware wise everything was as listed. Powered up immediately and had no issues setting up the phone. Very very few small scuff marks around the edges is all, packaging could have been a little more secure there was only 1 layer of bubble wrap but overall one of the best purchases I've made on here.

Glad to have a mobile device again. They didn't send me the same one that was in the picture the one I ordered was silver the one they sent me is called winter mist it's like a really light purple!? It'll be okay though I'll just get a case for it.

this was in near perfect condition. small scuff on the body but nothing on the screen. by far best purchase. packaging the phone came loose in a bubble wrap. it didn't come with the OnePlus USB cable nor OnePlus supervooc charger
