The phone I received was packaged very well, shipped quickly, and arrived undamaged. The parcel contained just the phone and a generic charger, no manufacturer packaging. This was what I expected since it was refurbished. The phone was in excellent condition, as described. The phone functions well with both SIM cards, and the screen and battery seem to be in near perfect condition. Overall great experience, would buy again.

I upgraded to the OnePlus 11 from my Samsung Galaxy Note 9. I ordered the "good condition," knowing I'd be putting it in a case, and any cosmetic blemishes would be covered. I was delighted to get my phone and not be able to find any blemishes whatsoever. I have no idea what would separate this device from an "excellent condition" device. I have yet to find any flaws. The eternal green is marketed as being smooth in hand, and it is very smooth indeed. My wife immediately commented on how slick it is. But my plan from the outset was to put it in a case, so the texture is not an issue. I even found a clear case, so I still get to enjoy that awesome green color. The fast charging is excellent. Battery life is great. Even with no battery saving features enabled, I am easily getting a solid 24 hours of light to moderate use. I'll throw it on the charger while getting ready in the morning and have plenty of juice at the end of the day. I have been impressed with the cameras. I've seen mixed reviews on these cameras, but I'm guessing those reviewers were not coming from a 7-year-old device. I have been very pleased with the camera array. After my OnePlus Open was stolen in Mexico, I thought I'd have to pony up $1600 for a new one. I found Back Market and saw that they had one left in top condition so I took a chance and ordered it. I was then worried the condition of the phone wouldn't be as advertised. Boy was I wrong! The phone was in MINT condition and looked like it had never been used. Great service and exceeded my expectations!

Well, I've only had the OnePlus 12 for a week or 2 and so far so good. What I really like about the experience thus far is that I can get aftermarket phones that are functional and relevant and I don't have to break the bank. At this point I will never purchase a brand new phone, but go to the aftermarket and "Back Market" is the place to go. I don't change phones often; my last phone was the LG V20 and it was awesome. But my new OnePlus 12 is way better. Keep up the good work and I'll be back...

I ordered a Silver OnePlus 9RT 5G and received a Purple OnePlus 9 5G. The condition of the phone was in good condition but completely different model. I was expecting something totally different. I sold the phone I was using prior to purchasing this OnePlus off of Back Market and Back Market isn't accepting my phone that I had prior to this purchase so I sold it on Facebook marketplace now if I am to return this product and get a refund I'll be out of a phone until I can purchase a new one or have a new one shipped to me. Kinda puts me in a tough spot. I'm unsure what I'm going to do. I'm going to wait for Back Market to get back to me via Chat. We'll see what they do for me.

I paid for an "Excellent" condition phone and can confirm - it's in excellent condition. No scratches, blemishes, dings, on the outside. Battery health at 100%. Basically brand new...for less than half the MSRP. The one negative thing is that it did not come with its own fast charger - just a cheap USBa/USBc cable. Still 5-Stars because BackMarket doesn't give chargers to anyone, even for specialized fast chargers like the one that comes with a new OnePlus 11.
