    Exchanged a Samsung Galaxy S9 for a Samsung Galaxy S23. I came across Back Market in an article and after checking them and many other refurbished electronics suppliers I felt completely comfortable to take a chance. The order process itself was very easy and product shipped/arrived as promised. The staff picks were helpful in deciding on what to get as well. I had no problem setting up the phone myself thru my current carrier Verizon. ALL data transferred successfully. I took it in just to make sure I did everything correctly and without knowing it was refurbish, even they said the phone looked and operated as New. I would definitely use Black Market again . (I ordered an Excellent level which was similar price to Good condition at the time.)

    So far I've had this phone for about 2 weeks and it works as any phone would. I haven't tested out all the normal features for the kind of phone it is, like water resistance, but overall it's fine. My only problem is the cameras look a little too sharp and when I switch from front facing photo to front facing video it looks like a completely different camera, I'm unsure if that's just a new samsung thing or if that's how it is refurbished.

    It's my first time buying from here so I'm surprised how great it is! The phone came sparkly brand new, with no scratches, or glue marks, even the pen's tip is in perfect shape. The sound system is good and the camera quality is great. It feels like a new phone rather than a refurbished one, which is unexpected to me because I bought from Amazon twice before and both of the phones came with scratched, dull pen's tip, and one even got Verizon locked when they claimed it would be Unlocked. I returned them both and bought this one here, so glad I did! I never had a white Samsung before and gotta admit it looks so much better than my black one, the white and silver gave it a futuristic look.     I bought this phone for my daughter and she loves it!! It is basically a brand new phone. You would never be able to tell it was refurbished. This was my second purchase from Back Market and once again I was very happy with the purchase. I think Back Market is a great place to do business with.     S22 ultra was wifi nerfed. Where my Galaxy S9 and friends s21 /24 / note 20 every other Device would have perfect Wi-Fi reception the S22 Ultra would have little to no reception at all if you take one step away from the router you would experience extreme lag or get disconnected from the internet completely. This was not backmarkets fault backmarket was absolutely great thank you I will do business again Also I am not sure if the S22 Ultra I ordered that was Verizon locked refurbished could have had a issue with the Wi-Fi chip inside of it or if all as 22 ultra's are garbage for Wi-Fi connectivity. Anywho I decided to Not take my chances and get a different Galaxy completely. Overly satisfied
