Ordering phone was easy however it seems like the model I received has much less battery life than the previous phone I had (same model) unsure if this is due to it being refurbished but other phones I've ordered in the past from back to market didn't have this issue.

10 out of 10. Received what I ordered in a timely manner. Ordered unlocked excellent condition and that's what I received. No scratches, no scuffs, no cracks. Everything works as it should. Ordering "Refurbished" and from this place called " backmarket" had me a little skeptical. But there was no need for any worries. My only complaint is there is some sort of mark or degrade sign on the charging plug in but it still works perfectly.

I've purchased 3 Samsung phones from Back Market and as long as they exist will go nowhere else. The 3rd was Galaxy S10 plus in Good condition and it may as well have been in excellent condition AND I received it in 3 days. Just amazing. Came with nice charging cord. Only mistake is they didn't include the plug part. But I've got so many it was not a problem.

So I got this phone after using an old, beat up iPhone X. This phone is a serious upgrade! I love it! Everything is in perfect condition, even though I only got the good condition phone, it's still wonderful! The camera is nice, it runs smooth, and the screen is flawless! The only *slight* issue I have (and even then, calling it an issue is a severe overstatement) is that the battery drains somewhat quickly, but it doesn't bother me. I love having so much storage and how smoothly it runs! This was my first phone from this site and I will definitely purchase again in the future! :D

If you play a lot of video games on your phone, you’ll be very happy with a used & refurbished Galaxy S10 Plus. If you need a phone that has impressive battery life, you’ll also be quite satisfied with a used Galaxy S10 Plus. If you need a phone that’s snappy, has a great screen, can quickly launch apps, has a great camera, then guess what, I think you know what I’m going to say. This is a flagship from Samsung, so obviously it’s going to be a great phone to buy for every situation. This is the kind of phone that no matter who you are, it’s hard not to love. And with deals getting consistently better, it's also hard to resist buying it.

It’s honestly crazy that at the time of writing this, the used & refurbished S10 Plus was released just over a year ago, at which point it cost $1000, but now it’s already selling refurbished for around $400 here on Back Market. You don't have to wait for any special sale to buy the refurbished S10 Plus from Back Market. Here, the S10 Plus is always on sale ;)

Can you trust a refurbished Galaxy S10 Plus? Is it really better than just buying a used Galaxy S10 Plus from just some random person? The curved display looks amazing, the cut-out camera hole in the corner looks super modern, and the metal/glass chassis of the device is a marvel to behold. Whether you buy an S10 Plus new or refurbished, I guarantee it will be just as sleek :) Another note, this phone is very similar to the Galaxy Note10, except that phone doesn’t have a headphone jack (which I really miss). So if you have a nice set of wired headphones, you should definitely consider buying the used S10 Plus, as it’s likely the last Samsung flagship to have a headphone jack (I think I’m going to cry).
