10 out of 10. Received what I ordered in a timely manner. Ordered unlocked excellent condition and that's what I received. No scratches, no scuffs, no cracks. Everything works as it should. Ordering "Refurbished" and from this place called " backmarket" had me a little skeptical. But there was no need for any worries. My only complaint is there is some sort of mark or degrade sign on the charging plug in but it still works perfectly.

its pretty alright. I was worried at first, because it gets pretty hot, but I did a little research and found out that that's just a problem with this model of phone,and not the refurbisher. overall a good product

I've purchased 3 Samsung phones from Back Market and as long as they exist will go nowhere else. The 3rd was Galaxy S10 plus in Good condition and it may as well have been in excellent condition AND I received it in 3 days. Just amazing. Came with nice charging cord. Only mistake is they didn't include the plug part. But I've got so many it was not a problem.

This was the first time I have ever purchased a phone online as well as a refurbished phone. This company is SOOOOOOO GREAT! I absolutely will buy without (a doubt) from Back Market if I need anything from now on. I ordered a phone in "fair" conditioned Galaxy s10+ for roughly $170.00 with 128 gb. I was absolutely stunned when I picked it up out of the box. NOTHING was wrong (cosmetic wise/or mechanically). I love that they also help save on electronic waste. THANK YOU ALL @ Back Market!!! The phone was delivered on time and is in very good condition. It was easy to activate and is working well, at this time. I ordered a phone from Back Market in the past, and will continue to do so in the future. Very reliable company that's easy to do business with.

Am very happy with this beautiful flamingo pink Samsung Galaxy S10+ phone. It arrived in mint condition and works perfectly. Was extremely happy with the wonderful service provided by Back Market and highly recommend it to all. Back Market is the best!

The color was blue instead of white. The phone gets warm pretty fast. Had to switch to low power mode and use slower Samsung charger to try keep it reasonable cool. Hard to tell battery health percentage or it came with original battery. Condition of the phone was great. Price was high for a phone with no more security updates. Performance of phone is good at 12. No more security updates should have lower the phone cost more. The 6.4" screen was about perfect size for viewing.

Phone arrived in "as new" condition. Works well. Only sign of being reconditioned is that battery doesn't last quite as long between reloads. That's an impression, and it's not based on measurement.
