    I got this phone for my youngest daughter and as a test to see how ordering a refurbished phone would go...to my surprise this iPhone 8 really was in excellent condition. It looks brand new and The battery is lasting her all day too. The day I received this phone, I came back to order a different phone for myself, and it arrives today. I am very excited and I would absolutely recommend buying from back market, I plan to buy an iPad soon and will be shopping from here when I do. I love the fast shipping too.

    I love love LOVE being able to purchase these refurbished items. I use this for all of my phones and tech and I haven't been let down yet. I bought a brand new laptop for $1200 from a manufacturer and it lasted less than a year, but everything that I bought from here has worked so well for the past 5-ish years! I work in IT so I started buying here figuring that I could just fix this cheap stuff as it breaks but (knock on wood) everything has been working great! The only issue I have ever have has been Apple killing the battery of old phones with updates, but they do that even with non-refurbished stuff. I feel a lot better spending $200-$400 every 3 years for a new-to-me phone instead of $800-$1500. My whole family uses it now too because saving money and preventing electronic waste is awesome since being green usually costs more instead of less. What a great deal!

    The phone has a few quirks. It has a jumpy screen when I try to enlarge. Suddenly goes dark from time to time. Does not show missed calls. Shows the red dot, but doesn’t list them. If I turn my phone off, then back on then I can see them. I still stand up for refurbishing a phone instead of staying in debt to have a new one. Makes no sense to me.

    My experience on black markets has always been good. Unfortunately the most recent purchase fell short on quality. The battery says it has a 82% life on it. But the phone can’t stay charged for more than 5 hrs when left alone sitting on night stand. Even when turned off the battery drops to 71% by morning. Will be returning this phone. But the other two I’ve purchased have been great. Like anything..once in a while you get a dud…

    Phone shuts down while using it. So far boots up again and works. Doesn’t matter what the battery is charged to.. this has happened 4 times now.. started using last Saturday so not even a week… notice screw area near charging inlet is scratched up, was considering getting a new battery as suggested by some on internet but obviously this phone has already been opened and may of already been replaced for this issue.. hardware issue??? purchased new case and screen protector etc as I do with any new phone, hasn’t been dropped, overheated, misused or abused… what do I do? Prefer this phone as I have music apps that don’t run on newer ios’s yet and I use the 256 memory???? Thanks Jim P
