I love love LOVE being able to purchase these refurbished items. I use this for all of my phones and tech and I haven't been let down yet. I bought a brand new laptop for $1200 from a manufacturer and it lasted less than a year, but everything that I bought from here has worked so well for the past 5-ish years! I work in IT so I started buying here figuring that I could just fix this cheap stuff as it breaks but (knock on wood) everything has been working great! The only issue I have ever have has been Apple killing the battery of old phones with updates, but they do that even with non-refurbished stuff. I feel a lot better spending $200-$400 every 3 years for a new-to-me phone instead of $800-$1500. My whole family uses it now too because saving money and preventing electronic waste is awesome since being green usually costs more instead of less. What a great deal!

The phone has a few quirks. It has a jumpy screen when I try to enlarge. Suddenly goes dark from time to time. Does not show missed calls. Shows the red dot, but doesn’t list them. If I turn my phone off, then back on then I can see them. I still stand up for refurbishing a phone instead of staying in debt to have a new one. Makes no sense to me.

Phone arrived in timely fashion and was in great condition. However, although unlocked trying to get Verizon to release the network has been a nightmare . A week later and still unable to use the phone. All the data is transferred but no service as A T & T is my carrier.

Shipping and packing were excellent. Phone arrived in great shape/looking new. Appears to even have the protect screen already present. Battery charged to 93% and that is stellar for a rebuild. Would buy again, for sure. Super nice deal on the iPhone

My experience on black markets has always been good. Unfortunately the most recent purchase fell short on quality. The battery says it has a 82% life on it. But the phone can’t stay charged for more than 5 hrs when left alone sitting on night stand. Even when turned off the battery drops to 71% by morning. Will be returning this phone. But the other two I’ve purchased have been great. Like anything..once in a while you get a dud…

I got the phone for my son. He was used to using the 8 plus but I ordered just the 8 by mistake, but he is happy with it. He says he can keep it in his pocket better. Phone was in very good condition.

I bought a Mac mini from here last year for my teen and was very satisfied with that purchase. I returned for an iPhone 8, my teen's first phone, and had my husband set it up. He was very impressed with its condition and speed considering it was an iPhone 8; he purchased an iPhone 13 from Back Market the same night. I won't be drinking the Apple Juice anytime soon but my guys are happy.

Backmarket is truly the only site you'll purchase a renewed phone for a very fair price and excellent quality. The battery life of this phone is basically perfect and it came undamaged, just like new. Thank you!!!
