So far I'm impressed with my purchase of the refurbished iPhone 13 mini. The phone appears to be in excellent shape with no cosmetic damage. The case and screen are blemish free and the battery charges to 100%! The only difficulty I have had is migrating the data form my old Android phone to the new iPhone. The service provider (T-Mobile) and Apple Support weren't much help. I will definitely consider another refurbished phone from this seller in the future.

I was pretty skeptical about buying a refurbished phone here, since we don’t get to see pictures of the actual phone.. but I was looking on Mercari and between that app and this one, this one felt safer cus there’s the option to return if anything were to be wrong with the phone + the warranty it comes with. I bought the phone in “good” condition and was really hoping for a good battery health percentage, to my surprise the battery health is at 100%. Only small downside is that the screen and back glass have minor scratches that can be noticeable if you’re really looking for them (which I was lol).. but honestly, I don’t mind, it’s not that bad for a phone that cost so much less than it would have if I got it new or on Mercari.. this app had better pricing. I love how small it is, I think it’s going to be perfect for what I wanted it for! I’ll definitely consider this app in the future! I love buying second hand but I’ve never done so with a phone and I wish I knew about this app sooner cus I always buy my phones brand new from the Apple Store.. would’ve saved myself a ton of money when I got my iPhone 14 Pro Max. Anyway, thank you to the seller and this app for a smooth buying process. Shipping was super quick.

I have not used an iPhone since my 6s, have been an Android user since then. But I really wanted a smaller phone and I also want to support purchasing existing over new, so I got a mini 13 and I love it. I think iOS and Android operating systems have their own strengths and weaknesses but in terms of just pure kit, this lil iphone is a jewel. I might have paid more for less dents in side of frame and less deep cut scratches on screen. But hey its good for the environement and I was able to upgrade decently.
