Exterior of laptop was pristine. Display was not as advertised. Advertisement was for 3840x2160. Delivered item has 1920x1080 @ 360 (still good though). Chassis fans were incredibly dirty and clogged causing the system to run above 70 degrees. Had the clean them and provide new paste while in upgrading the storage and ram. So please ensure refurbished means refurbished.

My gaming laptop broke, so I was in search of another one. checking and researching every day! finally found the brand and model I wanted alienware m15 r7 with amd. I stumbled upon back market a site I had never heard of with a price that made no sense. found the computer listed as excellent for 2000 off original retail and at least 600 cheaper than other stores even for refurbished. I ordered it as soon as I saw it but still had my doubts that this could be legit shipping was insane I ordered around noon on a Monday and had it Wednesday afternoon. when I opened the box, I was overly impressed. first thing first thing came in the original box with original packaging. Charger was new In the bag laptop was wrapped, and seald looked like it was done by the factory, even smelled brand new! I searched this thing over and over, trying to find at least one flaw, one scratch ding or dent, and couldn't. took the bottom of to add a new 2tb m.2 ssd and not one spec of dust inside no signs it was even ever used. I still feel as if I somehow got a new unit by accident! I personally don't feel I will ever buy another brand new computer again. strictly used from the back market from now on. and ...

Originally I purchased the excellent condition Asus ROG Strix G16. However, I received a G18 instead in a like new condition! The laptop was received within a week and came in the original manufacturer's packaging. The laptop looks new, unused, without any defects or issues. Very happy with the purchase and would recommend others to use Back Market!

Shipping was very quick and arrived early than expected. The outward appearance is in excellent condition and looks brand new. Performance at first was pretty good but it improved as I updated drivers. My only "bad" is the charging cord doesn't power the laptop if I'm using it, but that's minor. I did not contact the seller as it was an easy thing to fix on my end. All in all, I'm happy with this purchase.

SHIPPING AND CONDITION IS EXCELLENT, BUT THE WARRANTY ON LENVONO WAS ACTIVATED LONG BEFORE I EVEN BROUGHT IT. (LESS THAN 9 MONTH LEFT ON WARRANTY. NOT SURE IF THE LAPTOP IS THAT MUCH DEMANDING ON POWER. ON A FULL CHARGE CAN'T EVEN LAST 2 HOURS (JUST BROWSING INTERNET AND YOUTUBE) WITHOUT IT NEEDING TO BE PLUGGED IN.

This is a good laptop for under 1,000. It also came with a 165hz screen which is the superior version of this and that was an added bonus. Overall, this laptop has a lot to offer for the mid range gamer. It has a high wattage 3060 gpu and mux switch which keeps it competitive even 2 years after its release. The only downside with this laptop is that dell will be dell and sometimes the drivers can be kind of finicky and it can take patience to get everything running the way it is supposed to. Things like a bios update are required to have good thermals. Overall the build quality is good for a cost cutting build (i.e. it is the cheaper version of alienware). There are many budget built laptops saturating the market that feel they would break down before this laptop would. The irony here is buying a refurbished laptop for the same price because it may actuall last longer

I would normally put a 5 star review because I have boughten 2 Android phones from Back Market in the last few years and they came in pristine condition and worked great. But I recently bought a new laptop for college, a DELL XPS and it came with no scratches or defects, except that it won't charge. I guess its just irritating because you pay $700+ for a laptop and you would like it to work. You would think when they refurbished it they would have noticed it wasn't charging. So now I have to bring it to a computer repair shop and get a new battery put in it which will cost me about another $200 dollars.

The fact that it's (mostly) upgrade-able is the important part for me, I just needed something with a GPU. That said, I have a lot of issues with this. Firstly it's Windows 11 only, which sucks, but most people know that so I'm skipping it as a point. ASUS' approach to hardware control is truly awful. All hardware control has been relegated from the BIOS to Armoury Crate, which is the bloatware that ASUS keeps installed on the motherboard. What that means is that if you completely wiped everything from the laptop and did a fresh install of Windows, you would have no way to control the power consumption, fan speed, GPU usage, etc, without installing garbage software. And Armoury comes packaged with AURA, more ASUS crapware, which uses even more ...

Product came in safe container and well packaged. The condition was amazing! It seemed like it was essentially brand new fresh out of the box, even though I know it was refurbished. I've been using it for about a month now, and it runs great! Definitely recommend using this refurbisher, really good work overall.
