Phone arrived in excellent condition and switching my sim card and setting up the new (to me) phone was a breeze. Appreciated getting a well-reviewed android phone without shelling out more money to Google (though I did have to install an android launcher app to remove the Google Search widget from the home screen). Very pleased with both the phone and the folks who refurbished it.

Exactly as promised: a like new, refurbished Pixel 8A for 25% off. What more could you want? It didn't go through o the landfill, it's in my pocket being used everyday. As a retired guy, saving 25% did not hurt my feeling in these current times of financial insecurity either. Great service too.

like most phones, I wish it were thicker to accommodate a battery that easily lasts several days per charge. It isn't even clear to me whether the battery was replaced in the refurbishing on this purchase of mine

Like others, I was rather unsure how purchasing a refurbished phone would turn out. I was delighted to find it was an excellent experience. Phone was immaculate and I even received the phone a day early. It took a while to set the phone up with my carrier which was no fault of anyone but the carrier (Verizon). But in two days, everything was perfect.

packaging minimal but device arrived in good shape. Only concern is battery life is on the rather short end. Since this unit is refurbished and I don't have experience with a new unit, I'm unable to comment on wether this is a pixel issue or a previous owner issue. Otherwise pleased with the phone.

I had placed an order for a refurbished "excellent" condition Pixel 7 with an Amazon seller, but received a phone with extreme signs of use. So bad that I had to contact Amazon directly for a refund, as the vendor was not responsive. My renewed Pixel 7 arrived quickly and in real "excellent" condition. I'll definitely order from BackMarket again and would recommend it to anybody looking for a quality refurbished item.

excellent. purchased a good condition, it was in excellent condition. the price was great, the phone is exactly as advertised and wouldn't even know it was refurbished. this is the 4th phone I've purchased and will be back for more tech.
