I had placed an order for a refurbished "excellent" condition Pixel 7 with an Amazon seller, but received a phone with extreme signs of use. So bad that I had to contact Amazon directly for a refund, as the vendor was not responsive. Instead of trying my luck again on the previously mentioned platform, I decided to give BackMarket a try after reading their "Verified Refurbished" page. My renewed Pixel 7 arrived quickly and in real "excellent" condition. I'll definitely order from BackMarket again and would recommend it to anybody looking for a quality refurbished item.

Coming from a Pixel 4a and upgrading to a 7 Pro is a very solid upgrade for me. I had never before purchased a refurbished smartphone, and so I was apprehensive even with a recommendation from a colleague. But I'm very pleased with this purchase and with the money that I saved! The battery life is amazing and I wouldn't know it was not a brand new battery. It lasts for ages compared to my old phone's battery that got wore out. I barely remember that it is a refurbished phone. This is a blessing!

This is the second time I've used Back Market both times were quick and easy. After researching the phones I'm very happy with the Google Pixel that I purchased. Unfortunately, my old phone was obsolete for a trade-in but it seemed to be a straightforward process.

The phone came in great shape, it was better than the phone I already had that I used for 2ish years. The vendor I got it from at least is very conservative with their ratings. I ordered a good condition phone but I got one I would consider excellent. While it isn't perfect, it would look the way it is after 3 months of use if it were new. Overall great site, I plan on getting my next phone from here.

Received the phone today and i am very happy with it! I looked the phone over upon taking it out of the package and saw no signs of wear at all, it looks like a brand new phone. Powers on and works beautifully. All the information provided by the seller was accurate, shipping was quick and the price was perfect. Will consider buying from this seller in the future.

Bought the phone as a gift, came in excellent condition as promised. However the speaker sounds a little funny. Not sure if it's just the new phone or if there's a problem. The speakers still work just fine. But this isn't the first or last phone I'm gonna order from them.

I purchased this phone to replace a broken phone that was also purchased on Back Market. My main take away is to pay the small extra amount to upgrade from fair condition to good condition and whatever memory upgrade that's left in your budget. I'm considerably happier with the second phone than I was with my first. Not that the first phone didn't meet my requirements. Just that I will take the upgrade approach next time I purchase another phone from Back Market. Unless there is an act of God, I will be back

Generally the phone is precisely what you pay for, visible scuffs but put a pouch the moment it arrived and you won't even see anything. the display looks good, yet to fully test it but overly I'm happy with my purchase.

Phone was in better cosmesic condition then what you'd expect for something in fair condition but on a closer look had light burn in on the bottom of the screen and the phone also had heavy dirt within the speaker which made the speaker sound horrid and which I had to get them cleaned out at a 3rd party repair shop, which was both not stated in the product's description.
