I thought something was wrong with my 13 pro before, but after I bought another one for a family member it is very noticeable. I purchased a premium quality phone because I wanted a brand new battery but I'm pretty sure my screen was replaced with one that does not support apples pro-motion. The new phone I purchased recently for a family member is an excellent quality and noticeably faster in the screen refresh and scrolling through apps and up and down in settings is much smoother, even though we have the exact same phone. Really disappointed that something like this might have slipped through because the whole reason I got the 13 pro was for the pro-motion and it does not even have it. Bought multiple devices through back market and love the quality I get from here, however this time I guess the refurbisher did not think it would be an issue. I would look into the quality of who refurbishes your products because it looks like some are cutting corners to save money and hoping no one will notice. Well I did.

My phone looks and functions great! So glad I chose to go the back market route instead of dealing with my phone carrier. The only negative I experienced was that I payed for two day shipping and got it three days later than the two day promised window. I did order right around Christmas though, so I understand that things could’ve gotten backed up. Still, I definitely recommend both back market and the shop that did the refurbishment.

This was one of two phones I purchased in the same transaction, the other being an older iPhone 12 Pro. Both were from the ‘Excellent’ category. According to the website descriptions of the 4 condition categories, this phone I got is the lowest condition for Body - that of fair. A label on the wrapping, on which were some of the test results after refurbishing, listed the battery percent at 85%. Only 5% more than the guaranteed minimum, and this for an ‘Excellent’ category phone. But BM stood by their service and after photo evidence refunded the price difference between Body conditions Excellent and Fair. For that, I'd use BM again for future purchases.

Overall happy with the value of my iphone 13 pro purchase. I’m always about saving money. Upgraded from my iphone 11 because it started acting up (i believe due to Apple’s programmed demises of older models). I selected the “excellent” quality of this refurbished phone and I will say i was surprised at how scratched up the perimeter (sides, top, and bottom) of the phone was. Thankfully the screen and back panel of the phone were essentially blemish-free, which i cared about more. I just put a clear case on the phone so you cant see the scratched perimeter so it’s all good. Getting a “discount” in the form of trading in my previous iphone 11 is also pleasant. Would def recommend Back Market.

In the past I always bought new phones because I didn’t have real trust in refurbished phones. But as my son had a great experience with Backmarket, I thought I should go with them this time. I bought a phone advertised as being in “very good condition” and I have to say I‘ve been totally happy with everything so far: their service, shipping, and the phone! The reason why I don’t want to give a five star rating is, that I was a bit disappointed that it didn’t come with a new battery, though. The battery is still good at over 80%, but at a price of $600 for an iPhone 13 Pro, I definitely had hopped it would come with a new battery! But apart from that I really can recommend Backmarket and their products.

I ordered a iPhone 13 Pro in excellent condition. I was very pleased when I received the phone as it looked like a new phone with no visible indications of use except some very small marks around the outside of the screen which I was not concerned about due to that are being covered by the case. It also had 89% battery life which was great to see on a refurbished phone. The shipping from the provider was very fast and it came packaged very securely to prevent damage. I had set up the phone installed the case and was attempting to install the glass screen protector. After two attempts with different screen protectors I determined that the screen was not fully flat, middle higher than the edges, but not visible to naked eye. The screen protector would not adhere properly due to this. I was very disappointed because up to that point I was loving the phone and experience with the refurbished product. I decided to return the phone and I have nothing but praise for how Back Market handled the return process.
