The MacBook Pro I purchased is in excellent condition, despite being graded as "fair." I cannot see any flaws at all. I've had it for a week now and have been working with it daily, and it's working beautifully. I am very happy with my purchase. I would absolutely recommend buying a refurbished product from iPower Resale and Backmarket. This purchase came after 2 failed attempts with other purchases. I first purchased a refurbished MacBook Pro from Loop Mobile through Backmarket. It appeared to be working well at first, but after a few hours of use, it started incessantly beeping every 7 seconds. This would happen every day. I was going nuts trying to troubleshoot it and went back and forth with Backmarket support. After running apple diagnostics, I discovered it had a faulty battery. The customer support was excellent and the return was seamless. I assumed that the first bad Mac Book was just really bad luck because I had previously purchased an iPhone and iPad through Backmarket and they were excellent (and have been excellent for years). I immediately purchased another Mac Book Pro, also from Loop Mobile through Backmarket. This one also appeared to be working well ...

I have received my MacBook Pro in a fair state, with a battery level of around 90% and 204 cycles. Initially, I was unable to use Apple Pay due to modified computer security. When attempting to update the system to the latest 2024 sequoia update, the interface displayed in Russian lettering. To resolve this, I installed a fresh iOS program and was then able to update the system. Although the battery is in good condition, there are some minor scratches and dings on the device. Despite this, I am generally satisfied with the product. a while back though I did order a 2013 MacBook from Back Market refurbished products are worth the money and then on top of that if you feel like you need to add a extended warranty, it never hurts

This laptop arrived in fantastic condition AND with an older operating system (OS 13). I really appreciate the option to upgrade. Honestly I don’t think I will buy new Apple products anymore. BackMarket deals are too good and all the refurbished stuff I’ve bought (MacBook Pro & iPhone 14 Pro) is in near-new condition. 10/10 would recommend.

I was very skeptical about buying from this site. I did a lot of price comparison on marketplace and eBay before making a purchase. I purchased the 2019 MacBook Pro in excellent condition, 2.4 ghz i9, 64 gb ram , and 8 tb ssd for a little over $1000 shipped. My purchase arrived completely as described. The battery cycle count was 39. Purchased for half the price of eBay and marketplace. The MacBook does not have a scratch, dent, or scuff mark at all! Highly Recommend! This site has just became my go to for used/refurbished electronics!

This is the second macbook I have bought from backmarket, first being a 2017 MacBook Pro. I am very pleased with the quality of both units. This unit does have slightly more wear upon closer inspection but no so much as to be distracting or ugly. I'm fairly tech savvy and do an inspection of the interior as well and my main complaint is the refurbisher clearly didn't thoroughly clean the inside of the unit, there was dust and debris inside the fans and heatsinks. Though this is a minor issue to fix, im sure most people arent comfortable opening up their unit and blowing it out with compressed air. I would say im a 4.5/5 for this purchase, would be 5/5 if there was just a little more attention to detail with the interior cleaning instead of just an inspection!

They say you get what you pay for, well this isn't the case, because this refurbished MacBook Pro over delivers as if it was new. It met all my check points except two. needs more UBS C ports and tends to get hot from time to time. Yet both minor issues that were easy fixes in a ubs hub and cooling fan. This is the laptop that'll turn into my main DJ laptop in the coming weeks as I'm adding music to it. Then it'll used almost daily, between events and teaching new DJs. Check Back Market for your needs, especially if you're on a budget. Fair pricing, great customer service and quick delivery.

I absolutely love my MacBook Pro!!! I’m so glad that I chose to buy a refurbished computer with.BackMarket. Honestly the best decisions I’ve made when it comes to buying tech. My MacBook is so awesome. She runs so well and smooth. No technical issues . And she’s a stunner. I bought her in fair condition but she came much newer than expected - only a few minor scratches and dinks. In buying an older intel-type Apple, I was a bit worried, but felt that the return option -January 31 - would give me a chance to see if this not quite new MacBook Pro would suffice. Short answer: YES it DOES!!! Moving forward, I suggest that most people buy at least a 16GB RAM device from 2024 onward. This one is 32GB RAM - and it's fast! I purchased this refurbished 2018 MacBook Pro to replace my 2013 MacBook Pro (purchased brand new 11 years ago). I'd intended to replace my old one in 2020, but that was the year the M1 came out. I don't like to buy the first iteration of any tech so I waited. And the world changed... I did buy an M2 Mac Mini but recently traded up for the newest M4 Mac Mini and I love that... I wish I could upgrade the MacBook Pro to the latest but not now. For my budget I can't buy the newest M4 MacBook Pro now. A lot has changed though... I work from home, so the desktop M4 is utilized much more than a MacBook. With that, using the 2013 MacBook Pro has become excruciating - so I decided to give this 2018 version a try since the cost is in reach for now. So far it’s been great. Visually it looks brand new. I’m glad I decided to check this place out because it bears even apples own refurbished prices by a lot. Only downside so far is the battery life says it’s at 83% so I’m not sure that the original battery was ever replaced or refurbished. That being said, I would still look here before elsewhere if I’m ever in the market again.
