Bought this refurbished MacBook Air for a low price and it feels like a steal. The MacBook looked brand new out of the box. So far it is functioning perfectly. This is better than any new computer in the same price range. This is my second purchase from backmarket. The first purchase was an iPhone 13 that is still going strong a year and a half later. I highly recommend this website for refurbished electronics especially apple products.

I received my MacBook Pro quickly and in an excellent condition, as promised in the description. The Magsafe adapter looks new and also the battery only had 1 cycle. I’ve been working with my MacBook Pro for some days and it runs perfectly. I easily could transfer a Time Machine backup and restored my old work flow. The MacBook Pro I purchased is in excellent condition, despite being graded as "fair." I cannot see any flaws at all. I've had it for a week now and have been working with it daily, and it's working beautifully. I am very happy with my purchase. I would absolutely recommend buying a refurbished product from iPower Resale and Backmarket. This purchase came after 2 failed attempts with other purchases. I first purchased a refurbished MacBook Pro from Loop Mobile through Backmarket. It appeared to be working well at first, but after a few hours of use, it started incessantly beeping every 7 seconds. This would happen every day. I was going nuts trying to troubleshoot it and went back and forth with Backmarket support. After running apple diagnostics, I discovered it had a faulty battery. The customer support was excellent and the return was seamless. I assumed that the first bad Mac Book was just really bad luck because I had previously purchased an iPhone and iPad through Backmarket and they were excellent (and have been excellent for years). I immediately purchased another Mac Book Pro, also from Loop Mobile through Backmarket. This one also appeared to be working well ...

I have received my MacBook Pro in a fair state, with a battery level of around 90% and 204 cycles. Initially, I was unable to use Apple Pay due to modified computer security. When attempting to update the system to the latest 2024 sequoia update, the interface displayed in Russian lettering. To resolve this, I installed a fresh iOS program and was then able to update the system. Although the battery is in good condition, there are some minor scratches and dings on the device. Despite this, I am generally satisfied with the product. a while back though I did order a 2013 MacBook from Back Market refurbished products are worth the money and then on top of that if you feel like you need to add a extended warranty, it never hurts

I recently purchased a MacBook Pro (2021) 16-inch - M1 Pro (10-core CPU, 16-core GPU) - 16GB RAM - 512GB SSD from Back Market in “Good” refurbished condition, and I have to say—I’m beyond impressed. As someone with experience repairing these laptops, I can confidently say this unit is in excellent condition. The battery health is at 92%, the display is flawless, and all ports function perfectly. The only imperfections are a very small hairline scratch on the Apple logo and a tiny chip near one of the feet on the bottom, both of which are barely noticeable. Given the price, this was an amazing deal, and I highly recommend considering refurbished products from Back Market. The overall experience was exceptional—customer service was responsive and helpful, shipping was fast, and the website is well-designed and easy to use. I also traded in my iPad, and while the process is still ongoing, the trade-in value quoted was great. So far, this has been a fantastic purchasing experience, and I will most likely buy from Back Market again in the future. If you’re on the fence about buying refurbished, don’t hesitate—this is the way to go!

For anyone else that was super worried to purchase from back market because of bad reviews or uncertainty of buying refurbished, here is my honest review as someone who was on a budget and looking for a MacBook for college. I too was super nervous about spending so much money on a MacBook Air without actually seeing it, but saw a ton of good reviews with this vendor and decided to trust it. I ended up buying a 2020 MacBook Air M1, 16GB Ram, with 256GB of storage in the color space grey in good condition. To my shock, the MacBook came in five days, even faster than it was expecting to come. When I opened the MacBook, it was wrapped in a heavy duty box with a thick bubble wrap to make sure it was super safe. When I opened the MacBook it looked AMAZING. There were a few small scratches on the underneath side of the Mac, but the top was absolutely flawless. I am so happy with this purchase and could honestly say that this is a great vendor that can be trusted! Even saved a few hundred bucks buying from back market instead of Apple!
