Refurbished Google Pixel 7 Pro

This phone was in excellent, EXCELLENT condition for a refurbished phone. One tiny, tiny minor surface blemish on reverse side casing. They have won a customer for life and I will be buying my phones through BackMarket in the future. Everything works as promised, no issues after 15 months.

I bought a Google Pixel Pro 7 in fair condition. There were a few small scratches on the screen and back but I didn't mind this as its what I expected buying a phone in "Fair" condition. The phone works great. No software issues. No issues at all. Great purchase. The phone came reset to factory settings. I would definitely purchase another phone from this site/seller.

i bought this phone awhile ago. so this problem i have is the phone touch screen becomes unresponsive unless i restart it. ironically the only time i can touch is to restart. i thought it was the screen protector so i removed it but its not. it's a weird glitch that the seller probably had and refused to mention. I didn't care to replace the phone because other than that issue. it works great. will be upgrading to Pixel 10 on Back Market.

I love the phone so far. But when removed the film off the camera when unboxing, a sticky residue was left behind and I had too scrub it off for quiet a while. no other complaints though it even came earlier than expected

I've been using this phone for a week and honestly this was such a huge upgrade from my iphone xr. I got the excellent condition one and the battery life is great, the camera quality is fantastic for the phone all around I give it 5 stars.

pretty satisfied. okay packaging. came with a charging cable, but no block. phone was shipped factory reset so setup was easy. phone condition is as advertised. didn't blow my mind, but exactly what I was expecting in regards to shipment timing and product.

Could not be happier with my Backmarket experience. This is actually my second time using the site because my first experience was amazing as well. Ordered an "excellent" condition Pixel and it arrived absolutely flawless. The documentation BM emailed me made it super easy on how to back up my data and then get the new phone working. Additionally, I sent back my old phone for credit which yet again the process was super easy and without any problems at all (the money arrived exactly when they said it would). Looking forward to conducting business again in the future. Keep up the great work!

This phone had a lot of light scratches on the screen. I would not say this phone in Good considition but It just OK / Fair. There were two problem with this phone. Signal strength weak all the time. Left speaker wasn't working.

This phone arrived charged and ready to go. All it's buttons functioning, the camera works great. The biggest disappointment is the screen burn in. I going to guess this was once a sample phone because all home function buttons are burnt into the bottom screen and are very visible. This was purchased as "fair" and though this particular bit of info is not included as an option there it is. So the screen looks great when turned off not so much when on. I don't think there is any recourse since screen burn in isn't mentioned as wear and tear type of issue. I'm not happy with this. At the time it was a good price 7 Pro's are way more expensive now.
