iPad came in fantastic shape. Could’ve mistaken it for brand new if I hadn’t known better. The battery life is pretty decent. About as good as you can expect from on older generation refurbished iPad. Altogether very pleased!

The item I received was in great condition and has been working very well. I could easily forget that I purchased refurbished, its like to new to me. I did a trade in as well and that was a very smooth and well communicated process. I will be buying again from backmarket and would recommend them to other looking for a more circular economy purchase of electronics.

It's really good, works perfectly fine. My only issue is that the screen doesn't feel like legit IPads/ IPhones. It feels more plasticy and hollow. I cant really explain it well? but it's definitely not like an original IPad screen. You can tell it's refurbished. Besides that, it's exactly like a regular IPad. Legit deal.

The refurbished 2020 MacBook Air seems to work well so far; getting the $50 price reduction as granted has yet to materialize . . . not sure how to get that even now; still awaiting the approval for the $50 rebate for my used 2017 MacBook Air, but only sent off this morning, so time will tell. The devil is in the details. Let's see.

The iPad is in very good condition and works fine. All my iPads have been refurbished and all seemed to lose battery charge very quickly . I don’t know if this is true of new iPads. It does not get worse over time.

Such an amazing product. I ordered fair, and my iPad came without a SINGLE nick or scratch. The only note of it being refurbished is slightly lower battery health, but that's not a horrible detraction. I love this site and will definitely be using it again.

I wanted to use this device for atleast a week before doing my review. Let me just say I am extremely satisfied with this product. The battery life is good, the condition almost new with just some slight scratches barely noticeable. It came with a screen protector and charger however I would recommend getting an actual Apple charger and not using the one sent with it. I’m in love with my new iPad. It’s speedy and doesn’t overheat as well. Don’t get in the habit of using while charging. This was a good buy . I got this from the refurbisher “wireless” I can’t remember the full name lol.

My experience with Back Market has been great but whoever the actual refurbisher/seller was for my iPad I'm not happy with. This is my third purchase from Back Market and my worst experience although it wasn't totally bad since the iPad is working and the imperfections are hidden by the case. I thought I ordered excellent condition (haven't checked my invoice yet to verify) and was disappointed in getting a very good condition iPad. Looking at it, I wouldn't call it very good condition. It's very noticeable that the screen had been removed. It has nicks all around the edges of the screen from being removed and some glue showing where they reassembled it. The case I put it in hides the imperfections. I also experienced difficulties setting it up, but it is working the way I want it now. I was very pleased with the other two purchases I made, an apple watch and a gen 8 iPad like this one; both for my wife, this one was for me. I don't have a problem with refurbished and would order from Back Market again.

iPad 10.2 (2020) 32GB - Space Gray - (Wi-Fi) I got this item for my daughter who’s been asking for an iPad for awhile now and let’s say that this is one of the BEST purchases I’ve made it came in GREAT condition and we haven’t had any issues at all. Packaging was good and it came with all necessary items with it. I will definitely be ordering more items!!
