    Amazing quality and very good service. Everything you could hope for buying refurbished. This is the second purchase I have made and recommend it. You won’t be disappointed!!!! Truly Happy. Plus it doesn’t support the manufacture in china they are I believe US companies refurbishing apple products that are quality and still have a lot of use and life left to be put to good use!     So I ordered an iPad Air 3 in fair condition and I am absolutely blown away. Honestly, I was expecting it to look pretty rough with scratches, dents, etc., but there was 2 tiny scuffs that I didn’t even notice for the first couple days so that should tell you how noticeable they were. Aside from those, it’s absolutely flawless. It looks brand new! It came with a screen protector already on it, and the battery life has also impressed me. I expected it would die fairly quickly or at least quicker than a brand new one would but I’ve been using it for 3 days now off and on to watch videos, browse the internet, mess around on apps, changing the settings to how I want them, and all that fun stuff and I am just now charging it for the first time. When I got it out of the box, it was charged to 83%. So to say that I am happy with my purchase is a total understatement. The fact that I bought the iPad for a small fraction of the price if I would’ve purchased straight from Apple makes it that much better! This is the second time I’ve bought from Back Market and it definitely won’t be the last!! Thank you for all that you do!

    I just opened this IPad two days ago 12/6/24 I bought it for my son for Christmas. It was working perfectly fine. He did drop it but barely. Still was working fine. Then today 12/8/24 the screen went out on me. You can hear when I plug the charger in. But the screen will not show anything not even the apple logo. I got mine in ‘Good’ condition.

    iPad was in excellent condition, as described, and arrived when expected. The only drawback is that sometimes the screen doesn't detect a fingerprint so selecting or moving items is a problem some times.

    This iPad was delivered in excellent condition which is what I had ordered. The iPad looks flawless and is compatible with the latest OS. Packaged nicely no fingerprints on the items 10/10. This was my first backmarket purchase would definetly purchase again. Comes with third party chargers but hey that’s okay because at least it comes with a charger

    I ordered this ipad (excellent condition) and wasn’t expecting much, just the cable and ipad, and some 12w adapter. I actually got an 18w usb-c adapter and a usb-c to lightning cable oem. I also received a case for it, I was not expecting that. I was really happy with that! I checked the iPad and I couldn’t find any scratches at all on the body or screen. The battery came at a 99% battery health :))). The speakers also sound great. This is what should be expected of an excellent condition product and I’m really happy with my purchase.

    The ipad description said it was compatible with 2nd generation apple pencil, so I ordered this Ipad specifically for that. Unfortunately, that was not true, and the seller mistakenly put that. I was very disappointed as I needed the Ipad for school, and needed an Ipad compatible with 2nd Gen pencil. The upside is customer service. They allowed me to send it back to the seller for a full refund and a discount code for the new Ipad I bought. I would say that the condition of the Ipad was good, there weren't any noticeable scratches or dents. Customer service is amazing in responding and they are very diligent as well. I love the way my situation was handled as returning it was smooth, and the discount code was helpful. I have bought a Macbook Pro and an Iphone from Backmarket already with no complaints! Because of the way they handled this mistake I will continue to use Backmarket. Thank you customer service!
