I bought an excellent S21 FE from Cellular Gallery Inc. and am pretty disappointed in them. In all, it took over three weeks of waiting between a shipment not sent to a rough-looking phone with a nonfunctioning display to have them finally decide to give me a refund. If you have the time and money to wait, I suppose you can buy from here if it's a good deal, but overall having to work through the process with Back Market was long, not fun, and something I certainly wouldn't suggest compared to Amazon or Samsung refurbished. But hey, after wasting three weeks of my time, they gave me a 5% discount to spend on the now 40% higher-priced phone.
