Sunflower I was kind of hesitant to buy a refurbished phone but I tell you what back Market has went above expectations. My iPhone 13 Pro Max was brand new looking and was just beautiful. I will definitely be a continuing Shopper on back Market.

Im loving my phone so far. I got it in used condition and it looks brand new. no complaints at all with anything, including storage, data, etc!! I've been buying iPhones from back market since 2021. I have 3 girls and they want upgraded phones yearly. Trusted company and I stand 100% behind my review and with the company.

I love my iPhone and pro laptop, both are so like new it’s hard to imagine they are used. This has to be the best way to buy electronics in an ever changing tech world. Sorry I missed the cut off date to write review for laptop but I was busy getting to know all the advances since my 2009 MacBook Pro, and there have been a lot! And the iPhone is big so I can see the screen. A great big thank you to the companies that do such a super job of refurbishing! Phone looked great and held charge very well after opening up. We finally made time to activate it, and got message that the camera had been replaced with a non-Apple camera. Jury still out on how good the after market camera is. Understand that it’s refurbished, but figured that might be battery and such.

So far my experience with my refurbished iPhone 13 pro max 512 has been very good. I upgraded from a iPhone x. So it was a big upgrade for me that I've been wanting for years! Other then it taking 2 days longer then expected to arrive it came in great shape. There was a couple little nicks here and there but you really have to look to be able to tell and see them. Battery life 91% One thing that is going wrong tho is every time I try to take a pictures it is very blurry. Even changing the distance back and forth and messing with it. Any closer up pics are just completely blurry. I can take far away pictures but when I want to zoom in my daughter's face or my dog it's just a blurry mess. And the one thing I really loved about the pro max was the 3 cameras. So thats disappointing. But everything else is going great. And I would buy another phone from them. I will be reaching out them about what to do about the camera lense issue. If your thinking about ordering from this website I would definitely trust them and order from them again. I am glad that I did.

I’ve only had this phone for about a week but so far, it hasn’t given me issues. The camera acts up every now and then. Usually when I reboot the phone, the issues resolves. The phone is refurbished so, you get what you pay for. I’m satisfied so far.
