I bought iphone 13 pro max 256 gig from this website with excellent condition and battery came with 100% i got surprised and it has no scratches at all. It is working fine. I will buy more products from this website!!!

Phone looked great and held charge very well after opening up. We finally made time to activate it, and got message that the camera had been replaced with a non-Apple camera. Jury still out on how good the after market camera is. Understand that it’s refurbished, but figured that might be battery and such.

This was my 2nd attempt on ordering an iPhone 13 Pro Max. The last order had to be sent back due to be sent a pro instead of Pro Max. I read tons of reviews where other customers were blown away and amazed with the phones they received. I felt well maybe it's my turn to be wowed and so I pulled the trigger after making my selection. Fir me, anything that could go wrong usually does when ordering from anywhere. I selected 512GB in Good condition, hoping I'd get Excellent, with no or few scratches. I was blown away with my device that also came ahead of schedule. I got an iPhone 13 ProMax, not only in perfect condition, with a minor ding on the corner, (which didn't matter cause I'm keep mine inside cases at all times), but with also 1TB of storage. This dealer SOLIDIFIED my faith in Back Market for refurbished products. If at all possible, I will be using them again and again with future orders. I've had no single issue, nor complaint on this order. I even got the full value quoted on my iPhone that I sold to Back Market a couple weeks prior. Thank you again Back Market and keep up the outstanding work that you and your dealers are doing.

I was scared to buy from Back Market for a while but glad I took the plunge! If you can get a phone from my refurbisher SaberTooth, I recommend it. I ordered this in good condition and the screen was flawless, no major dings on the body, battery at 84% but given that it’s a Max and above 80% I’m happy. And the warranty and return policy were there to help just in case.

So glad this phone worked out for me. It’s exactly as described and works without issues. This is the 3rd phone I ordered. The first 2 had issues. With them being used phones, I didn’t really stress too much about it. I also knew BackMarket would be there to help me every step of the way through the process. I ordered in excellent condition and although my phone had a few scratches here and then more than it should have, it was worth the cost since it has a new battery and new camera system. I did have buy the same phone a week ago and refunded it due to lack of quality however this was worth the wait.

Couldn’t be happier with my new phone, especially after the first unfortunate situation. Everything seems to be working great and the condition is nearly in mint condition! (Make-up) as for everything that’s technical, very pleased a good as new.

The battery capacity is at 100% no scratches, cracks or anything and works perfect so far. I chose the excellent condition. Worth it imo. This is a real review btw!

Everything is really nice. Bought the EXCELLENT ONE for a good price. Checked battery health and it’s at a good 87%. Checked everything else and it’s perfect. Phone had no scratches, nor cracks. Only thing was it had some type of dust around the camera but overall it’s perfect and charger is perfect. Recommend getting excellent for a perfect phone!🩵
